Hello, I cannot modify the menu items, when I select an item from a menu, I modify for example the name of the menu item, I can save the menu but the saving does not take the modification into account . Hi, I have purchased the theme, it is beautiful theme but it is absolutely not responsive. Unfortunately, I found out about it after I finished work on desktop. I have taken to 3rd party to fix it but not all aspects can be solved. Slider Revolution is still not solved. Completely not viewable on mobile and not responding to screen sizes of different desktops. I have expired support license, but this problem is not isolated issue and my particular case. The theme description states: “Responsive and Retina Ready” Is this issue related to the update. Please let me know what to do as really frustrated to find out about the issue at such a late stage.

Is your Vibez theme compatible with the WooCommerce Additional Variation Images plugin. Your theme does not use the standard WooCommerce lightbox and there is a note on the plugin documentation here:

Is the theme going to be updated?

Please note that we are constantly working on updating all our themes. At the moment we don’t have any ETA when this update will come out, however, we can say that the theme is compatible with the latest version of WordPress as well as it is compatible with the latest WooCommerce as well. You will get this message though but it will not affect the performance of the theme as well as it will be added in the theme’s changelog once the update is out.

Honest review: the support is awful. I’m sorry but this is true. There are a couple of bugs with the theme and I already asking 3rd time for fixing that, no luck yet. As for right now, I do not recommend to purchase this theme to anyone!
Example: There are “elated options” menu In the admin area, with TONS of customizing options which are really great, theme developers did awesome job! But the problem is: almost none of these settings applies for woocommerce pages (shop page, category, product page). I was asking about this problem 3 times already and support asking me to change CSS styles in code!!!
Why should I rewrite CSS code when I do have those “elated options” settings where I have already specified all the colors and how I want to see the top menu? I want this theme to work as described in the theme description.
I purchased this theme to be able to change colors without messing with the code.

To remove category and date from portfolio items, navigate to Elated Options > Portfolio > Portfolio Single and set the following options to No – https://prnt.sc/qrpzod.
To remove social networks, go to Elated Options > Social Networks and set the option for Portfolio Item to No https://prnt.sc/qrq0jx.
Regarding the Client info – that part was added manually on the Portfolio Items, and to remove it open portfolio item, navigate to Elated Additional Portfolio Sidebar Items section and delete it here https://prnt.sc/qrq1q0.

Maybe the logo was set in page settings. So open your page and navigate to Elated Logo section https://prnt.sc/qohvk0, and check if the logo was uploaded there. If you haven’t got that page you have probably imported Vibez Demo, not Vibez 1 demo where desired page is placed.
You can perform demo import again with selecting Vibez 1 instead of Vibez under Import as shown in next screenshot https://www.screencast.com/t/y61kohPD . Also make sure that you delete menu items from Appearance > Menus so they don’t get duplicated.
After you import that demo desired page will be in Pages > All Pages and to set it as Front Page go to Settings > Reading > Front Page and set that page as Front Page.

If the update is performed correctly you should not loose any of your content. Do note that if you have made any modification when it comes to the themes files using the parent theme then they will be lost, therefore we always recommend you to use child theme if this is the case.
Anyway just in case you can make an backup of your site prior updating it.

1. Yes, you can add your custom HTLM with our Raw HTML shortcode. https://www.screencast.com/t/BfoJEGQdA1sAs for the form our theme uses Contact form 7 plugin, but for any 3rd party plugin you intend to use we can’t unfortunately guarantee that it will be compatible with the theme as it has not been tested. You can for sure try to test it on your end.
2. The theme currently doesn’t have a login/register feature included.
This would need an additional third-party plugin or it can be added with some custom coding.
