how can i display a count of cart items in mobile and tap. is has displaying in desktop but in mobile and tab i can not see the number of items in cart from menu. thanks

This is now possible with our new menu item in 7.0.1 version of theme, we suggest you to please try that on mobile with using the special item inside Appearance > Menus tab and set your menu to not break in mobile mode, if you need further assistance with this please open a support ticket and our team will check this further :)

I can’t believe I didn’t go with Avada for my second site. I decided to purchase Bridge/Elementor, and was confused at the beginning. It’s been 7 months, and I can’t take not using Avada for my second site, so I’m switching back. Bridge/Elementor seems to have no real flow, a hot mess, and Avada is easy flowing throughout. The $1 difference is gold.

After updating the theme, my full width template is no longer available, and my support ended. What I thought was going to be a great update has now turned into a headache of trying to fix things. How can I get the full width template to show?

How do we change the titles for each of the Project Details column on the portfolio page? Example, I want to change “Copyright” to “Location” but all the comments on here I’ve read are from 5-7 years ago and the “single-avada_portfolio.php” file cannot be located in my theme files :/

I just bought avada and after extracting the large file. I uploaded avada.zip to my WordPress website. But WordPress showed these messages:

Installing Theme from uploaded file: Avada.zip

Unpacking the package… Could not copy file. Avada/includes/class-avada-tgm-plugin-activation.php

I tried it again and got another error message. What am I doing wrong?!

Hi there, we are having issues with Avada and Ultimate GDPR (https://codecanyon.net/item/ultimate-gdpr-compliance-toolkit-for-wordpress/21704224). It seems that the theme and plugin are not compatible, once Ultimate GDPR is active we are unable to use the live builder, the page simply does not load, once we deactivate it, everything works as expected. I have mentioned this to Ultimate GDPR author, but haven’t got a response yet. Hopefully you can collaborate on this issue and fix it with another release. Thanks

I’d recommend using our own Privacy Bar and Privacy Element as they should work without issues:

We haven’t tested with that plugin officially. While we can add an item for that plugin on our to do list – such compatibility related tasks cannot be implemented immediately as they can be time consuming sometimes.

I’d recommend waiting for the plugin author’s response as they can check better as to why their plugin is affect our elements.

I am not able to improve mobile speed with different combinations of plugins, CDN, hosting etc. My support has expired. Does your support include helping hands on to improve the mobile speed?I am willing to renew the support if you do. If not, I am about to switch themes. My other site on enfold has 80+/90+ google speed scores.

We’d advise ensuring your have our built-in performance options enabled like the Image LazyLoading, CSS and JS compilers and set Google fonts to CDN mode under Avada Theme Options > Performance and Privacy options respectively.

That will ensure Avada is served at its optimal speeds. Outside of that, other tasks will require hand adjusting elements like your cache plugin, optimizing your content and server configuration and they fall outside of theme support – as they’re more server/WP setup specific tasks. So our support cannot assist with adjusting those factors.

Any other performance improvement might come from reducing the number of active plugins and fine tuning the cache plugin’s configuration/settings. You can consult the cache plugin documentation for that. I’d recommend also trying alternate cache plugins to see if one of those work better for you.

Thanks, Abbas. As I stated in my original post. I have tried different combinations already and reaching out to you as a last resort. I understand other factors that may affect the performance and I am not asking you to fix them. There is an issue of unused Javascript and CSS from the theme that show even after related options are turned off in the theme options. How do you solve that?

At the moment, it is not quite possible to change the script and CSS used in the page. Also, while the page speed suggest that there is unused CSS and JS, the same is not true. The JS for example, is used for many elements, features throughout the site.

Also, if you even test some google’s own pages, you will also see the same result. Ironically, I have tested pagespeed’s own documentation link and you can see unused JS showing up, temp Video here

1 and 2 You can create one website with a single Avada license, for more than one domain you will need to purchase a separate license, Regarding your product licensing, you have to purchase/own a license for each publicly accessible domain install of the theme. Regardless of whether the installation domain is a sub domain or not, if it is publicly accessible, it requires a license.

If you are migrating to a different domain and you already have your product registered with your original purchase code etc, you do not need to purchase a new license; You can simply add your registered purchase information to the new installation’s product registration tab.

3. I am afraid that is not a possibility and is not possible to do that.

HI team, i have just updated the theme to 7.0.1 but in the backed whatever i’m changing (adding new column or image ) its not reflecting anything. i have cleared all the cache file and remove the browser history

Definitely sounds like caching to me, can you please disable all your cache plugins and then check it using incognito mode in Chrome, if the issue persists then please open a support ticket and our team will check this out further for you.

I have a client who has purchased, that I manage running updates for. Ran into an issue after updating shows that there are 2 required plugins. the issue is… the plugins “required” are indeed installed, activated, and fully up to date
