Hi, we are from an educative institution at Guatemala. We have bought the template Kalvi Kindergarden but we have so many problems with the publication of the pages. It says “the requested URL was not found on this server”. It displays an error. And we have been installing it for two times already. And it stills doesn’t work. We also tried to install a new plug in from Wordpress to publish the pages, in order to take copies from them, but what happened was that the same text was shown. It also says “Undefined index”. Please help us and orient us so we can use your template.

Good day, when the package subscription is expired, does the theme generate any event? Is it possible to set auto recurrent payments somehow?

I can’t get into the forums – I seem to have a login, but it doesn’t accept my password and I’m not receiving the password reset email.
Basically, I wanted to know if there is a way to load demo content without losing my text content. Or would it work to import the demo with Unyson and then import the database from a backup of the previous site?
I’m also getting very frustrated with the default theme – I am creating my header and saving. And when I go to change something else, it undoes my previous changes.

Ok, I got in, but there are no articles showing for Kalvi when I login. My default theme doesn’t show me all the options the demo default theme did and I need to know if I can load a different demo without losing my content.

The answer given just tells me to upload the theme – doesn’t tell me if I can install a demo without losing my original content.

Hi guys, I’m considering buying this theme as it looks great. Quick question though. Is it possible to have multiple payments for one course.
For example if I have a course and it has the options: 1. morning only $20, 2. afternoon only $20, 3. whole day $30
Is it possible to list all options for the customer on the event page either as a drop-down or as all 3 options displayed clearly?

Hi guys, thanks. So I want to use the site to also run events. An example event is a tournament.
Event = Sport Tournament over 1 weekend
Day 1 = Singles Day 2 = Doubles Option 1 = Dinner Option 2 = Shirt
I would like people to be able to tick the boxes they want. For example one person might want all 4 options. But another person might only want to play singles on day 1 and have a shirt.

Student can create account for their own. If you want to change password, then admin only can change the password and proceed.

1. How can I restrict the access to some content of the course or class only if the user has made the purchase, for example, videos or documents?
2. In your demo I see an option for login with Google/Facebook also in the LMS settings I see a Login Settings tab where I enabled Google Login with the Client ID and Client secret info but I don’t see it working, Are these options already working with your theme or should I look for some plugin for this?

Tengo otra pregunta con relación al tema, cuando estamos en el menú del curso https://ibb.co/TLX78Sw en la parte superior derecha hay dos iconos, (X) para cerrar y otro (Flecha circular). ¿Quisiera saber si es posible configurar ese icono para que con la flecha circular uno pueda ocultar el menú de los módulos? Ya que en un celular, hay que volver al inicio para acceder al contenido. En un PC no es de suma importancia, pero en un celular si toma relevancia el tema.
