several people have asked of the open ended questions but you keep posting that link while you know that feature is missing. Would it be easier just to add that feature? An open question without choices then the instructor marks the submitted answer? This is different from the assignments feature because you can have many questions and mark them individualy

Team, We are planning to buy the additional subscription of eroom for zoom from you. We want to understand is do we need to also but zoom subscription since meetings on zoom are limited by 40 minutes. Or this api works in a way that we can have longer meetings.

The eRoom plugin doesnt manipulate the timing of the Zoom service by default and the time directly depends on the Zoom service not from the plugin.
Only the admin of the site and instructors are able to create courses in the theme by default. In the theme, when a user will be registered as an instructor, an email will be sent to WordPress admins about this desire. Then you need to change the role of this user to an instructor manually from the admin panel. If you will be registered without this checkbox https://prnt.sc/r25a8y, you will not receive a letter about your desire to become an instructor. There is no issue with our live testing environment. Make sure that you have updated all the theme external plugins as well under the appearance -> install plugins section. Moreover, we recommend you to re-check via deactivating all of your site extra and caching plugins

How members can get access to all the courses from certain Course Category? I’ve set up 2 Course Categories (Free and Premium) and 2 Memberships (Free and Premium) and I need the members to have access to all the courses from the relevant Category. I assumed specifying Private Category (Free and Premium) for each Membership would do the job, however Premium members are asked to Get the Course with the message saying “Available in ‘Premium Membership’ plan”. They already have ‘Premium Membership’ allocated. I tested it myself and added another Premium Membership, but the course is still saying “Available in ‘Premium Membership’ plan. How do you allocate Courses or Categories to Memberships? Could you advise please?

Hi, I’ve seen the video however it doesn’t answer my question. When someone joins the website and purchases Premium Membership they expect to have access to premium content but instead they are being asked to pay again. They have no option to enroll. The only option they see is ‘Get Course – Availavle in Premium Membership’ which they have and already paid for. My question was how can they access premium content and how do I specify premium (and free) content. PMP advises to select membership from “Require Membership” box for each course but sadly this option is not available with your theme.
There is no such kind of option according to your request by default. It needs to modify the theme and external plugin default templates in order to realize your request

This theme will stand out from the crowd and will compete with the likes of LearnDash and TalentLMS, if and only if, the developer adds two missing features: (1) Ability to use image question in quiz. (2) Ability to use Elementor page builder.
WP Bakery Visual Composer page builder is dead and old-fashioned. Having said that, this is a really robust plugin/theme built with the latest Vue.JS rather than the old-fashioned Twitter created Boostrap framework mostly used by other plugins.
These two missing features are the reasons why I am still using LearnDash and will not hesitate to switch when they become available.

Is it possible to have courses auto enroll that are in membership plan?
We want to sell different membership plans with different courses.
So, if a user buys a membership, they cannot simply enroll on any course.

Pre-purchase questions: 1) The country where I plan to use this doesn’t really use Stripe or Paypal. However, the Paypal equivalent has published their own online check-out based on WooCommerce. Do you think this will work without Stripe/Paypal?
2) Does your theme support superuser? For example, there are other themes where admin can only approve, but cannot edit course content. I would like a superuser role, where I can edit the content (like a teacher) and approve the course (like an admin).
3) Are the videos stored locally? Or do I need a Vimeo Pro account?
4) Does the theme support: - Off-line events and payment? - Blog? (I would assume so, since it’s WP) - Pop-up notification for adding to cart (Eg: John Smith from New York just added ABC Course to cart) - Banner ads (Charging extra money for ad placement on the front page and so on)

1. You can sell LMS courses using the WooCommerce payment gateways in the theme. All the payment methods supported by WooCommerce can be used in the theme.
2. Sure, admin can manage all the courses, users, and their progress in the theme.
3. You can upload your videos directly to the website or use video services such as YouTube and Vimeo.
4. Unfortunately, there are no such kinds of options in the theme by default. The example of the blog here.

This is a really serious issue which I would have thought will be one of the first priorities for the theme provider Stylemix to sort out. I have made several complaints about this here and also in tickets. The emails on this theme are a mess. It is misleading to both the user and admin when the wrong email signals are flying around and something you guys need to fix as a matter of urgency.

If the payment methods you need are integrated with the WooCommerce plugin, you can use them in the theme without any problems.
