Hi,

I have installed shiprocket shipping plugin, but after installing this plugin I am facing some issues.

Issues 1) To know the issue visit this product url https://www.yoth.in/product/yoth-checks/ and click on Add to cart button. You can see still cart is showing zero (no product getting added by Ajax) to check you have to refresh the page, after refreshing the product page now Item is showing in Cart.

2) When you click checkout button and page redirects to checkout page, here you can see Spinner is continuesly spinning.

I contacted shipprocket support, but they gave some solution but it is not fixing the problem. They told to do below tricks

class blockUl class blockUI blockoverlay class blockUI blockMsg blockElementary

All three classes must be -> display:none

But it is not working, Please i request you to provide solution for this or I will send you wordpress & cpanel login details.

What would be you best advice for Basel performance options, when your theme is used in combination with Autoptimize? Should “Include minified CSS/JS” options be disabled? As well as “Combine JS files” option?

Regarding images lazy loading, Basel has more options than Autoptimize, maybe it’s best using your theme’s lazy loading…

Hi, it appears as though the theme is not working correctly with Facebook Pixel/Ads. 1. From the Category page, if you were to click on the Add to Cart button directly (https://prnt.sc/tp7srw), the Facebook pixel will track an Add to Cart event. (https://prnt.sc/tp7u51) 2. From the Product page, if you were to click on the Add to Cart button, the pixel does NOT track the Add to Cart button event. I notice that if you turn off the AJAX Add to cart feature on your theme options, then this issue will not happen. This problem does not happen on the Storefront theme. Could you please advise how this problem can be resolved as it will greatly impact the effectiveness of Facebook ads and tracking. Thank you.

Hi guys, I’ve been trying for quite a while to remove all tabs from single-product page.

I’ve tried using this code:

remove_action( ‘woocommerce_after_single_product_summary’, ‘woocommerce_output_product_data_tabs’, 10 );

but it’s not working. I’ve tried with other priorities for the hook as well but they don’t work. I see you have that action added on the file inc/woocommerce.php, not sure if that affects somehow.

How can I remove all tabs (without adding a new template file in blank)?

EDIT: To explain better what I’m trying to achieve (because maybe there’s a better way): I would like to separate my description into 3 different tabs. Because right now the whole description comes in one tab, I will need to remove tabs, then use description.php template and add the tabs manually after parsing the description. Does that sound right? I’m not sure that is the best way. Another option would be to use functions.php and set/unset tabs, but that sounds like more processing power for every post. Glad to hear your thoughts on this.

With Woodmart i am very pleased, but no so much with Basel as i really need a header builder for my second project as well and i have just noticed that Basel doesn’t have such an option. Do you think on implementing it really soon, or, if not, is there any way to switch my Basel license for another Woodmart license? Thank you.
