The theme does not work and does not have the characteristics that advertise it. On the contrary, it is heavy, slow, difficult to configure and depends on many external plugins. We do not use any cache system and images are not optimised at demo sites, while we are working on demos, no one can promise to provide ranks in these metrics as of multiple factors count for these result e.g, your hosting server, optimised and scaled images, a cache plugin etc, please contact support channel they will help you to optimise page speed. As for as result you are providing, that was same when you purchased our item. If your request was rejected you can raise a dispute to envato so they can check if you are entitle for refund or not
