Hi there, the demo for App Showcase keeps bugging out. It doesn’t have a navigation menu and when I make any edits it defaults to some weird boxed layout. Could you please let me know how we can fix this or I may have to get a refund as the theme is broken.

I have created a support ticket 3 days ago. The demo import for the mobile app demo does not work. I haven’t got a single response so far even though your page says usual response times are within one day.
I still haven’t got any support and I wasn’t able to resolve this on my own. I’ll request a refund in 2 days if I don’t get any support. What the hell is going on…
Edit: Got a response just now. I think it would make sense to add a notice if you are on holidays so everyone knows when they can expect an answer

Dear Saasland Team, I tried to upload a new logo to the theme. Unfortunately it is not working. The theme tries to load the image from http instead of https.

I followed the document you shared for speed optimization the score has improved but not as we expected. The Desktop score on Google PageSpeed Insight is fine with (88-93) but the score for Mobile is still below 60. We want to improve the Mobile score to 90.
I have used W3 Total Cache plugin for caching and minifying because the plugin that you recommended (WP Fastest Cache) was not working for us and it is breaking the layout of the website.
Also, when doing test on Google PageSpeed Insight it show below CSS/JS as Unused. But actually these CSS/JS files are required in the page. Please see attached screenshot.

In this case you can use the Asset CleanUp plugin for cleaning up the unused assets (CSS, JS files). Also make sure your all images are optimized as well.

When i activate the theme in WP, does it lock the theme into that domain? Situation – we’ve uploaded the theme it into WP on a dev site, if fully activate the theme, will we have any issues when we move the dev-site and theme over to the live site (meaning a different domain)?

We don’t provide the purchase codes, Envato does. We are verifying the code using Envato’s API, so if the code is correct it will surely work.
Also, you cannot use one code on multiple domains/websites, according to Envato’s licensing. So please use one license on one domain/website.

We are using some SaaSLand elements, and part of them show the wrong H title, and I can’t find how to change it, I would appreciate if you can explain how to change it. How can I change the H title configuration in any elements styles?

You can change the banner colors globally from Theme Settings > Header > Title-bar. Also, you can change the banner colors from Saasland Page Options > Banner tab

But in the Title-Bar options you can’t change the color – it always stays purple?
I see this is an issue with other uses there is a bug on the style 2 horizontal tabs, the image wont cycle through really need this fixed as this widget was a big reason for theme. thanks

How to create blog page? I use elementor “blog post” and i can’t modify the layout from the theme setting blog section. Could you help me on that?
Go to Settings > Reading . There you can set your blog page. Then you can configure the Blog page from Theme Settings > Blog Pages .
