I want to buy your theme and i am so interesting about this. But i am planing to design website for digital video products so let me know correctly can i add video as a featured product video? And i hope to possible to play that video even before open the product i hope to play that product video in products list

No, sorry to say that but there is no such option in the Theme for setting the video as a featured product video, You can try with any third party plugin which better meets your requirements, Otherwise, this requires Customization.

This seems to be the SSL certificate issue on your site.

Can you please make sure by going into WP-Dashboard >> Setting >> General and make sure that site URL is set there as HTTPs if you are using the SLL certificate on your site, and if not then please change your site URL as HTTPs from HTTP there and save changes and then check your site after removing the browser cache.

Just ran the new theme update an hour ago, now all my sites and the “QUICK VIEW” CSS are completely messed up. Also no changes take effect when switching from one Woocommerce Product Layout to another. Total garbage.

Really sorry for the inconvenience but this is not true at all, we always test the update several times before release, and the issues you are talking about is not the Theme issue, you can check it on my test site here with the very latest Theme and plugins:

It means the issues are only on your site, and that may be your own Customization which generates these issues on your site, so if you are using Child Theme then Activate Parent Theme and check back.

OR

These issues maybe because of the third-party plugins confliction, please deactivate all the third-party plugins and check back your site after removing the server, site and browser cache or on the fresh new browser, If this solves your issue then again you have to activate all the third-party plugins one by one and check which one is creating an issue on your site.

Otherwise, please take the complete backup of your site and remain all the third-party plugins deactivated on your site and share your site WP-Admin Login details and the permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the plugins and on-site Customization as well so that our experts will check it for you on your site but after extending your support extension because your 6 months of support period is expired from 09/01/2020. Incorrect. After watching these boards for quite some time, I know it is always your official position to defray responsibility for theme breaks from yourselves…to us as customers. Fact is, your update is causing CSS issues with Woocommerce, and because of that, we ran a full backup restore of our sites that use this theme…and just like we thought, they work properly.

For awhile now, we’ve not trusted your updates to include the newest additions to Woocommerce, so we run a full backup every day and never run theme updates until our team has tested things out for real. Yesterday a team member here broke protocol and updated anyway: lesson learned.

You see, we in the field CANNOT go down for business with a broken theme, but apparently your developers don’t seem to have this same sense of concern.

You do have a good theme, it’s why we purchased in the first place. But stop with the derfrayed liability bullshit and just keep this thing up to speed with updates on the most used ecommerce plugin on the planet. Can you do that for us!

Hi, i opened ticket on support. But still no reply. When i import demo content (in both way same) pages, menus nearly everything broken. Tried with several and still same. On my website status it seems everything fine. (PHP.ini settings etc.) So i have a tight schedule. Please i need help a.s.a.p.

I received porto theme update version 5.4.1 installed to 5.4.2. I am trying to update the plugin by following you guide lines. But its not updating me properly.

After I updated the theme my add to cart is invisible & Sale count down is showing at different formate comparing to before update. Can you help me to figure it out this problem please. I click the notification button i.e., when any update happen sent me an email. I am not receiving any update.

The theme which your providing is really nice, But we are facing a problem with theme support even though we have a paid support. We never ever faced before like that. As we are reputed company in Kuwait we are looking forward health relation & good communication between us.

The support response is so late & Not qualitative even though I provides all credentials, and also I mentioned that our site is live. We usually receiving orders. It is too hard to restoration backup from our side in order to eliminate those inconvenience I provided all credentials.

Before we never faced a problem in updating theme. Before we received good qualitative support comparing to now.

we personally requesting you to consider our issue as high priority, with you highness. Help us to get out from this issue.

Please do the following debugging processes one by one I am sure it will help you in solving your issues.

|.   Make sure you have everything up to date (Theme, Plugins, Translations files)
||.  Remember to reset ALL cache etc after a plugin or theme update.
|||. Disable all plugins except WooCommerce and recheck if the issue persists
|V.  Check the browser dev console on errors (F12, on most if not all browsers)
V.   Double-check your own Custom CSS, or Custom Snippets in function.php is causing it

My Porto Theme was installed on a previous website that was deleted and my hosting account expired. Now I want to use it on a new website but I can’t activate the theme because it’s still supposedly linked to the expired site. Therefore, I can’t deactivate it from the previous site. Yes, you can not directly put the embedded code to Custom Tabs, You have to do the following:

1. Go to Blocks and create a new block and copy and paste the embeded Code in it as showing below:

2. Now copy the Block slug name as showing below:

3. Now create a test page and use Porto Block element in it, and then paste the copied block slug name in Porto Block as showing below:

4. Now, finally, copy the code of that Porto Block and Paste it into the Custom Product Tab as showing below, It will work for you.

If you do not want to use Porto WordPress Theme default Countdown with Products then you have to disable it by editing every single product and remove the Sale Price Date as showing below and it will remove the default Theme Countdown for products from your site and this is the only possible way, otherwise, this requires Customization.
