I’m trying to add a recaptcha to my website using bestwebsoft plugin (https://bestwebsoft.com/products/wordpress/plugins/google-captcha/) but on the login/registration popup the recaptcha does not show and i get an error when trying to login/register. I know it’s due to the fact that the popup is flatsome own costume feature.

This is the response i got from their support: “Your theme has a custom login page. We cannot provide compatibility with all existing themes. Our products are compatible with each other and with the official Wordpress.org themes and plugins. To add reCaptcha field to custom form, please follow the instruction: https://support.bestwebsoft.com/hc/en-us/articles/202352499"

Would be very appreciative to learn if there’s an easy way to fix this issue or a recaptcha plugin that works?? thanks!

Hi I wish to see Product category list and filer option below products in single page and in single product page. I knew filer option (button) is already enabled in mobile pages. so filer option will appear only if someone click on that. I wish top come under in products page. Kindly help.

You could change this line in inc/woocommerce/structure-wc-global.php file

within the function flatsome_presentage_bubble(...

changing this line like this

“if ( $product->is_type( ‘simple’ ) || $product->is_type( ‘external’ ) || $product->is_type( ‘bundle’ )) {“

adding ”|| $product->is_type( ‘bundle’ )”

With this change the customization of % is applied also to a bundle.

Hi! Infinite scroll is malfunctioning in Chrome Desktop (Win and Mac). If you load more products (either with the spinning option or the view more button), click in one product, and hit back in the browser it takes you to the page number the product is on, but only loads that page, not the rest of products. Pagination is missing so it means that the customer gets stuck there.

It works properly in Chrome Mobile (Android and iOs) and in Safari Desktop (Mac).

What do we do when your support hasn’t helped with our problem? On Friday July 24th we purchased a new license and installed Flatsome Theme 3.12 with a lot of difficulty and have some major issues that we are trying to resolve. We sent an email on Friday July 24th to support and support replied with request for admin login to our site – we gave it. Support never went in to help. Instead sent another email to tell us to deactivate plugins to see if that was causing the problem – it was not. Sent another email to Support letting them know Plugins not causing problem can they please address the issue. Have not heard back.

Current Problem: Cannot get access to “Theme Options” when clicked we get a “critical error” message/page. We do not have full usage of Flatsome Theme and we are trying to get our full access. How do we get help with this?

BTW we like Flatsome Theme and we want to use it but we want 100% full use of it.

Hi I added the suggested code to change size of the price font, but it also changed the font size of the products on a slider, and on a category shortcode. The code I used was .single-product .price {font-size: 200%}
