Please can you tell me when I can expect this theme to be compatible with Woocommerce 4.x!!! I can’t make any updates until I do as I have and it breaks everything. The system is very sensitive. SquareUp didn’t work and then we had this strange issue where payments were captured like 6 times for each purchase using Stripe.
We have had to keep everything downgraded for months but would really like to upgrade everything ASAP so that our system is no longer unstable.
And yes, all these issues were replicated with other plugins deactivated.

Please note that due to safety measures related to COVID-19 the updating of our themes is a bit delayed but please note that we are working really hard on this and that we are constantly working on updating all our themes, however, we can say that the theme is compatible with the latest version of WordPress as well as it is compatible with the latest WooCommerce as well. You will get this message though but it will not affect the performance of the theme as well as it will be added in the theme’s changelog once the update is out. At the moment we don’t have any ETA when this update will come out. You will for sure be notified when the theme update is out. Our team is working really hard at the moment of updating all our themes so it should be out soon for sure.

Hi! if i buy the theme, i would need specific features. Could you tell me if the following is possible?
1. to add speakers to the timetable, with name and photo…? 2. to add a room or a stage to the event on the time table…? 3. to mix and match the modules of different demos…? 4. to replace the animated forms showing up on some of the demos with my own ones and place theme as i want…? 5. to use as a speaker gallery the our team gallery shown in this demo: https://evently.qodeinteractive.com/our-team/ 6. to add a description to each team member, underneath the title.

1.& 2. If you refer to the timetable, you can only create an event and add it to the timetable, if you wish you can create an event with your Speaker or Room/stage and add it that way.
3. This is for sure possible, please note that once you import our demo content you will get access to all our pages and settings and you can either customize it to your needs, add, remove elements or create your own layout the way you wish.
4. Our theme is compatible with Contact form 7 and you will be able to create a form that suits your needs and add it to any page. If we somehow misunderstood you on this please let us know.
5. You can for sure use the team shortcode which we do use on both Team and Speaker page and add it to your pages.
6. You can for sure do this by setting the shortcode options to show the excerpt.

1. This is not included within our themes options or features, possible you can check with the timetable plugin author or an extension for it.
4. Sorry, our mistake. The forms are added as images and you will for sure be able to replace them with your own in the Revolution Slider.
5. This is for sure possible and you can read more about it in our article on how to add custom font.

Please understand that you can edit the Search Results page layout from theme options here https://prnt.sc/rhrqzq but the option to add date doesn’t exist within the theme options, and you’ll have to edit the template file in case you are familiar with coding.

My support has ended but I have been using this theme for three years and the code edits you gave me for fixes of theme bugs no longer work and your support is now through Qode.
Specifically the bugs are regarding video loading on blog landing for ssl protected sites and also the white background override on the timetable when single events are displayed in a single column row.

I would like to buy the theme, but we have several workshop sessions at the same time on one day. I saw the schedule and is it possible that you write for example Track: 1 for where now is Wednesday, and Track2 instead of thursday etc up to 5 or 7 tracks? or is that row (the days of the week) a solid thing and is not adjustable? Is there an explention how the widget works for the shedule? Because I just need to know if I can name the titles of the days (can I rename for example wednesday to something else by myself).
