Thanks for writing in! The main demo website (the Theme Landing Page) showcases a lot of information, meant to display all the theme features. This page is not included with the demo import list and performs a little slow compared to other demos.
It is important to understand how Google PageSpeed works. It is best to look at PageSpeed as one of several tools available on-line that might provide some pointers, but your goal should always be to improve your actual website speed.

I’d like to request your gracious help with one issue, if you can.
After importing demo called Architecture, it turned out that the imported demo is not exactly as it is presented. Need your assistance very much in recreating it in a way it’s perfectly done by you in your demo.
In a section called “Our Latest Projects” (see screenshot attached) portfolio is not as it is in your demo. And when each portfolio item is being opened it’s not set as beautifully as it is in your online demo(((
Please, I beg for your help in this matter!
Whether there is exact xml of this wonderful demo page called Architecture. Or you can (which is a long complicated way) help with piece of code to recreate these elements to be exactly as it is done by your excellent team of designers.

There are two differences between the live demo and what you get with the demo import. First of all, the fonts used on our live preview demo are premium Adobe fonts – we are using the Futura PT font. You need to have an active Adobe CC monthly subscription to use these fonts. Second, the images used on the portfolio items are free stock photos. We are not allowed to re-distribute all images used on the live preview demos due to copyright issues. You need to replace those images with your own.
Thanks fro your rapid response!) But it’s not what was asked from you! I didn’t mean help with fonts or pictures. It’s not the issue at all! The request was about the Layout of the Portfolio items under “Our Latest Projects”. They are not as they are in your Demo. Please, provide the settings that you made for this part of imported demo. The need is in LAYOUT and SETTINGS. Please, help to replicate layout of this section.
All Architecture portfolio items use the following page layout: https://www.ekko-wp.com/portfolio/coffee-label/
This template is included with every demo import. The only difference is the photos.
You can duplicate this page layout for all your portfolio items. To do this, you can use the Duplicate Page plugin.

Hi! I had to reinstall my theme as it wasn’t working properly anymore and since then, I can’t validate my purchase code (I get this error message: Error connecting to Envato API. Please try again later.). My support just ended about 10 days ago and I can’t open a ticket without support apparently… I don’t want to extent my support since this is just a tiny issue with my purchase code! The theme doesn’t load jQuery, WordPress does. There are some plans to update the jQuery library with WordPress v5.6. More info here.
When I tried force updating jQuery with a plugin, the broke the theme exponentially. Once WordPress updates jQuery, will the same happen?

All compatibility issues with WordPress 5.5 have been fixed with the latest theme update.
I can’t change read more text on Post Grid, it shows Read More, on the page of blog posts it reads correctly the text I changed “leer mas” but on Grid on VC still shows read more.

Thanks for writing in! You need to edit the Post Grid template. Navigate to your site admin area > WPBakery Page Builder > Grid Builder > open up a template > edit the “Read more” custom heading and change the text. You need to do this for both templates.

The cURL issue is server related. This PHP module should be enabled by default on all servers. You can ask your hosting support to enable it.

Navigate to Theme Options > Blog > Blog Meta and check with the settings. Please note that these options were added with version 1.7. You will need to update the theme and all plugins if you’re using an older version.

hello, when i activated WPBakery Page Builder 6.2 plugin and i activated KeyDesign Addon plugin my site web down and erreur connection reset is displayed in my browser. the two plugins do not work together!

You need to update the theme and all required plugins. After you update the theme, you will see a notification message in your dashboard area asking to update the plugins. WPBakery and KeyDesign Addon work properly together and have been tested before uploading the theme on ThemeForest.

You need to be logged in with your ThemeForest account (the account you’ve used to purchase the theme). Then click the “LOGIN WITH ENVATO” green button and submit your ticket.
Earlier there was an error when i try to login with envato account, its fixed now. Just submitted the ticket.

Thanks for writing in! I will try to answer all your questions in order:
1. The transparent navbar can be enabled/disabled at page level. Navigate to Dashboard > Pages > open the page where you need to enable/disable this feature > scroll down until you find the “Header” metabox > turn on/off this feature.
2. We generally recommend a 160×80px logo image.
3. The footer widgets can be configured in Appearance > Widgets. If you want a 3 column footer area, you need to leave the fourth footer widget area empty.

Sure, but our theme doesn’t offer a custom login form. You need to install a 3rd party plugin.
User registration is also possible through WooCommerce if you want to build a shop. This really depends on the scope you’re willing to set up a login/register form.
