I recently upgraded avada theme to latest version (7.0.1). After update, all of my images ALT attributes stopped showing in front end. They are correctly set and were working before update. Now images are picking ALT attributes from media library. I have hundreds of images uploaded in my posts and pages and alt attribute gone from all. It is a big SEO issue for my website. Please help

Our updates are not released to cause issues, they are released to add new features and fix previous issues in theme however if for any reason you are seeing any issue after update, please make sure that you have followed the update instructions and if it persists please open a support ticket with our team so we can check it further.

Hi guys,
This is my score on GTMerix. Just look the settings are good, the page size is very very small. But the page take 27 seconds to load. Any advice how to get a better speed, the principal problem are the JS that the Avada theme loads. Can you please optimize theme or give some advice, otherwise the theme can’t be used from my point of view.

Hi,
Please see that you have our CSS / JS compilers and lazy loading features enabled under Avada Theme Options > Performance tab. That way, Avada wll be served at its most optimal. Any other performance improvement might come from reducing the number of active plugins and fine tuning the cache plugin’s configuration/settings. Those are not something we can adjust or assist with but you can consult the plugin documentation for that. I’d recommend also trying alternate cache plugins to see if one of those work better for you.

27 seconds is a very long loading time so my guess would be you have something else on the server / WordPress setup side that is causing the slow down. I’d recommend talking to your server admin about that.

I mean, in primary navigation, always present, some navigation items and in the hambuger menu, always present, other navigation items. A double navigation, always present.
You can create a double menu setup (slightly similar to the example site) by utilizing our new header builder feature in Avada 7.0. You will need to insert two Menu elements in the custom header – one set to flyout and one set to regular dropdown.

One license is required required for each live/production website that you use Avada on. So e.g. if you need to use Avada on second website than an additional license is required.
The extended license cannot be used for multiple clients or projects. It is still limited to a single end product. For more info on the Extended license, please see the extended license terms.

Because it does not show me the update in wordpress admin cp – until 6.2.2. it was always show with all the updates over the years

Make sure that one of the default WordPress themes is installed (not activated) insides of the WP Dashboard > Appearance > Themes area. WordPress requires this to then show update notifications in the Dashboard updates section.

Just purchased another license, downloaded theme, created new hosting site on WPEngine.com, added theme, generated token, added token and got the following error message

These are demos that we have created with the Avada theme. When you install and register the theme, you can access the demos via the options given in the theme. You can install any demo (We do have interactive option for that) and if needed uninstall it and re-install any other demo

Dear Avada team,
I love your template, that’s why I advice my clients and my WordPress’s students to buy it.
But I have a problem with one of my client’s website: he bought 3 licences (for 3 differents websites), and all the websites are registrered (no error messages).
But on only one of them (Clairitec.com), I can’t get the update: we have the 6.2.2 in front of the 7.0.1. Impossible to get update, and no error message (licence validated). I ve warning message of security with the 6.2.2 … So my client and me are worried and we really want the update.
I tried to create a ticket but our 6 months support is finished. Can you please tell me how to get the last update?

Please make sure that you have one other default WP theme such as 2020 or 2019 installed on those sites, if its not installed please do install one and check again with the update.

Yes, if the subdomain is only for the development purpose you can definitely do that, however if you want to make two different sites than it will require an additional license.
