Hello, before buying the theme we would have a question. If I buy / sell a course, then do I have a way to treat it as a normal woocommerce product? or since the purchase must be on the site? because we sell courses on an external platform.

There are online and offline courses in the theme.
Online Courses contain lessons, quizzes. You can use the course as a class with lessons via editing a single course. The Woocommerce products are offline courses that contain lessons in the PDF, Doc, etc formats. Students are able to download those files after purchasing a course, while in the LMS the lessons are online. I have a problem after updating the theme from version 1.9.1. at 3.6.0. On the previous version, as soon as the mouse was hovered over the header menu, it came under a yellow line. Now with version 3.6.0. it doesn’t come out anymore (not even in your demo). Is it possible through a css code to reactivate it?

However, on the course description page, you can display the video.
2. Sure, you can remove the tabs via custom CSS and display all the info on one page.

2. The MasterStudy LMS plugin contains only 4 payment methods (There are Stripe, Wired Transfer, and offline payment in the MasterStudy LMS plugin. ). Other payments can be used by enabling the WooCommerce Checkout feature [https://prnt.sc/qayi3g]. If your payment method is supported by WooCommerce, you can use it with the theme

Thanks for your response. In respect to my first question, if I install a demo and customise it to my taste and let’s say days later i want to install another demo, will the courses I already installed on the previous demo be wiped away?

In order to change the demo content, you need to reset WordPress and install your wished demo layout. The resetting process will remove all your data.
You can use import/export plugins in order to save your created courses.

Hi we have enabled memberships pro and also enabled the woo-commerce checkout from STM LMS setting but when user is trying to buy a membership he is not redirected to woo-commerce checkout . In memberships pro our payment gateway are not available .

Hi, our quizzes have multiple different sections. Does masterstudy quizzes have this option where i can set up 1 quiz and then split it up into 4 sections?
For example i have 1 maths quiz – this is split it odd one out, find the missing number, whats the pattern, multiplication.
All this is 1 maths quiz so can i set a quiz with 4 sections like this?

Thank you for the answer, i have looked through the question types but cant see any option to have multiple sections in 1 quiz. Is this possible?
We also have English language quizzes, is there a way to have a block of text which is accessible as a pop up?
We dont want users to always have to scroll up to see the text.
Usually we ask questions related to the text.

OK. Before buying, I would like to take some questions, please.
1) My website uses Elmentor PRO. I want to create the course pages in elementor and use MasterStudy only to manage students, courses, certificates, etc. Is it possible?
2) Courses do not need to appear on the front end, can they be hidden? Course pages will be created with Elementor.
3) Is it possible to insert MasterStudy commands on the Elementor pages? Example? number of students in the course, stars, course curriculum etc.

1. All your mentioned options are available only on the backend side of the plugin.
2. The course page is created automatically, there is no option in the theme to create it through the page builder.
