I can’t find an email address to email you. My clients take reservations by phone, but they also get reservations from booking.com and from vrbo.com. When someone makes a reservation using booking.com or vrbo.com the miserable site they are using now downloads that information and marks those dates as unavailable on the sites calendar. If people book their rental cottages via booking.com or vrbo.com will the plugin used by your theme remove the dates from the booking calendar? Also, does the plugin used by your theme use iCal?

I understand you need to be sure bookings made on booking.com or vrbo.com show in wprentals property calendar and not allow users to double book.
We have ical feed import and export option which does what you describe (syncs the calendar availability and blocks dates that are booked on 3rd party sites if the ical from that 3rd party is saved for a property in wprentals.
You can test this as well in our demo if you already have your ical from booking. We can share a test domain, add your listings, add your ical and see the calendar sync.

We don’t have the features you describe. You can ask a subscription to add a listing the site.
For booking, the theme is designed for users to book properties between each other, and admin not to interfere (we have different options as you can see in demo) The booking requires users register so as admin you have access to see who booked what, but you don’t need to interfere in the booking approval process (bookings can be approved by owner only – with his manual approval, if he doesn’t enable instant booking or with his approval, if instant booking is disabled).
As the admin you can ask for a deposit and a service fee (these can be the same value if you wish to take as a deposit just your service fee) in % or fixed value, and this value is deducted from the total booking. As the admin, you can choose if you wish to include in this deposit the cleaning and city fee or not. If you ask for a 100% deposit, the fees are automatically included.
The user will need to pay that deposit in order for the booking to be confirmed (even if the owner approves the booking request). The money goes to the admin. The difference will be paid by the user to owner outside the theme (we have the option to pay the remaining value in the theme, but the money goes still to admin, so if you don’t wish that to exist, we can show you how to hide with CSS).
Payment to owner cannot be done in the theme.

Hi Juan, The lightbox is not applying – that’s what’s happening from your description. But why, we need to see the site URL. You may have a conflict from a 3rd party plugin blocking other JS scripts, and not allowing this script to apply either. The only way to confirm is to see the site url. Thank you

—> Our theme doesn’t transfer fees from merchant end. Those are paid by the site admin (who is the only person that can receive payments). In code admin can put a service fee to cover such costs.

—> No. we don’t have tours, and we don’t have weekly price either.

—> It’s a code script from a 3rd party provider. Changing it implies knowledge of the technical code that supports this script. Code is free to edit, but we don’t have suggestions for this kind of changes.

okay this is very pity, but if account activation by sending a link via mail or a code is not possible I can’t use it for the german and european market.
You must understand that without this security feature anyone can log in and mess around with any email address.
Sorry but a violation of these strict rules can cost up to 20 million Euro fine and believe me in germany there are many lawyers who scan websites for these gaps and then warn the operators.
But maybe your developers know a quick solution to the problem.
Another question regarding the money transfer: I as admin get the payment of the guest okay but how does the provider of the accommodation get his money?
Hi Nico, If I understand right, the point is to login through a link that goes to email? Or just to activate his initial registration. You can enable the password to be sent by email and user cannot login if the password is not received in his email.

okay thx but I think this is not enough for Germany. Since feb. 2020 all new registered users must get this activation code / link and anyone must be able to enter his / her own password on registration. It is not enough to send a password. It must be Double Opt-in so the new user must confirm his registration by an activation link sent per mail (alternativ a Code).
During a registration process the new user must be able to use freely chosen password!
Due to the money transfer how does it work than. I (admin) got money by a guest after a successful booking. But how do the owner / host should get his money then. There must be a solution for it.
Is it possible to use e.g. woocommmerce in combination with a special addon for the german market (woocommerce Germanized) for the user registration? That would be a possible solution, because woocommerce germanized support the double opt-in procedure on registrations.
If this is not possible, is the solution of the sent password a one-time password that the user can change by himself?
I found on wordpress.org the following Plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/user-verification/. Do you think this can be use in combination with wprentals for the registration process to make sure that double opt-in works?
And is there a possibility to use a wallet Plugin the payout process?

You should do the following 1 . get_post_meta($post_id, ‘custom_price’.$post_id,true ); this will get you an array with the custom prices. The keys of the array are the actual date in unix time format. Do a print_r or a var_dump to see it;s structure
2. get the current date in unix and check if key exist in array – if yes display the custom price.
Note : be aware that the the unix timestamp data use the 00:00 hours. Use https://www.epochconverter.com/ when you do/test date conversions.

As I understand it, it works like this: 1. Customer pays the rental price directly on the site 2. Owner / Administrator receives the money 3. Administrator pays out to landlord

Hi. We didn’t aim for admin to manage payments from him to owners in the theme, so there is no specific method.
There are no totals by user in this case. You can see in admin – invoice – service fee taxes, but there is no sum list by user or anything else to help admin manage payments to owner through the theme. That would have to be managed outside the theme with the available features.

The page loads correctly for me https://prnt.sc/tr5j4z I see you have Cloudflare – and possible rocket loader enabled too. Disable rocket loader – disable cloudflare – and clear browser cache again. Maybe cloudlfare is offering you a different version of the site (connected to rocket loader). I cannot replicate any error at the moment. So you must disable any cache and recheck again to exclude any cache interference.
