can’t create new portfolios in WP 5.5 when can I expect this to be fixed?

Other comments from customers you mentioned. They solved the issue by updating theme to the latest version and it doesn’t relate to add new portfolio issue you mentioned. Please extend support period so we can continue providing support for you. Thank you for your understanding.

I can now open that page… but when saving a new portfolio all changes are gone – it is always empty when the page reloads. any hints?

Are you sure you update to the latest version of theme and all required plugins? Please also make sure you clear all browser cache.

Yes. The Frontend works fine, no doubt. But like many others who have written here, I cannot edit or create anything. I can’t even enter the customizer. All due to the update to WP5.5 because your theme is obviously not compatible yet

Thank you for your response. At the time of my post I had updated everything at that time and that is when I noticed the problem. However, I have recently(8/24/20) updated everything and everything is now working properly. Thank you again for getting back to me.

I do have last version of template updated on 13th of August and of all my plugins. I would try to downgrade Wordpress but I need to be sure this is the right thing to do.

It seems the new template’s version has produce some incompatibility with Wordpress 5.5 (I tried deactiving plugins and still didnt work): I cant update or edit any text content because it is automatically filled with UNDEFINED tag/placeholder in the backend so that is the only word appearing on frontend. How i can make the menu part of the page because when i start scrolling down the menu keeps showing after that it disappears and i don’t want to use the sticky menu.

hello, I have Countered an issue need help as soon as possible. on adding any thing through content builder and applying changes after pressing the update button it shows “undefined” on that part . also i am using one page website the scroll is working a bit weird . Hi Support, I’ve recently upgraded to Photography 6.7.1, Wordpress 5.5 and PHP 7.4.5 and getting the following error message now: “Trying to access array offset on value of type int in /home/www/wordpress/wp-content/themes/photography/lib/custom.lib.php on line 648” I’m assuming some validation changed in PHP 7.4 which now throws this message. Can you fix this in the next Photography code update? Thanks a lot!

The “Blog Grid” feature no longer works on my website, I tried to disable all plugins but didn’t fix anything. It’s the only page view mode that doesn’t work. My website is marcocrupi.it

I can only see the home page and category pages on the mobile version of the site.

The theme and plugins are all updated to the latest version. Furthermore, only the “Blog Grid” mode presents problems, the others work correctly.

Captcha logo is sticky and HUGE on mobile… Wont go away.

A very very very annoying feature of this theme is the insertion of the Captha logo on every page. It doesnt go away when you remove Captcha from the settings. In fact, its sticky! And the worst part is that its HUGE on the mobile version. Nothing in any documentation describes how to remove the logos. Making this theme almost useless…

The captcha logo you mentioned. It’s coming from our theme. It’s one of 3rd party plugin. Please try to disable the plugin. It will be removed.

After I just updated to the newest theme version. 1. I am unable to remove or replace the default theme icon with my own. 2. I have authorised my instagram with the MEKS instagram plugin, and someone-else images is feeding into this gallery.

Guys!!!! I paid for the theme and when I update the theme with the new versions I expect it to work, and when I need support regarding basic support like this mentioned above.. I should not have to pay for extended support, being able to replace the default logo with my own logo and having my Instagram feed pull the photos from my authorised Instagram account.

Currently it would required editing core theme CSS and Javascript code which is quite complex for normal users. I wouldn’t recommend you to edit core theme code unless you are very familiar with coding knowledge.

Hello, how can I change logo size? When I am trying to use logo like 1920×1080 it is showing on ful page. I can’t resize it because it won’t be visible.
