The crew we hires on Envato market are not able to upload the Theme properly we bought the Theme almost 2 weeks ago. We need help loading the theme.

Do you customize themes? Can you customize the Frontend submission user page on the Campaign category to have the simple feature of POST? Due to our intended users, we’re not interested in the drag and drop, BLOCK or bakery builder, it has to be classic or general. All editing has to be done in the Post like simple feature.
Did you check frontend submission on our sandbox? If yes, i don’t understand what you want, please explain more. And i don’t customize job take more time. Thanks

I’m not sure when it started to happen, however, when an agent registers and updates their profile, they can import an image, and it shows, however, revisiting the profile later, the image reverts back to the default. Thus, users cannot update their profile photo.

DO NOT BUY THIS THEME….there is lots of things wrong with their theme and their ERE. These guys are fraud and not real professionals. Look at how many users are stuck with this theme and asking him to fix the Google map API and he’s giving these poor people the run around because his theme is flawed and useless and he can not fix the issue. Google maps API still not working after 2 years and this so called developer is NOT helping people fix the issue and he just gives BS answers. This theme is not scalable anyways even if you pay $$$$ to outside developers to fix the map issue, once you have over 100 or so properties then the property map search stops showing the bubbles, the script crashes and it’ll start killing your hosting server crashing your PHP. Save yourself and skip this so called developer. I am yet to see him put up a proper solution to the Map API issue here so that us paying users can fix it…he keep asking you to waste time and open a ticket while he can simply post the damn solution here but he won’t because he does not know how to fix…terrible and sad!

Yes of course you try to look for an excuse, we buy themes with our company account here. The link you keep sending people like the one you sent me is BS, this is NOT the issue and try avoiding the serious problem your work has. Google maps developers tell us that the theme is screwed up and is GEO location a co-ordinance in Australia that the theme developer needs to fix so STOP sending this link to innocent people who paid you money and are wasting their time. Do you really have a real fix for this issue or not? and STOP blaming Google for your weaknesses, Google panel is fine everybody, the problem is this so called developer.
