We’re using this theme for one of our platforms https://themeselection.com/ and facing speed issues.

Google speed test shows it loads too many fonts, it loads all fonts even though I am using only Montserrat & Source Sans Pro.

It is loading all below fonts, you can check by your self too.

How can I remove those fonts which I do not use?

I have another query about Remove unused JavaScript/CSS (I am getting that error too in google speed test), is there any way to remove it, i.e by config or code while using a child theme?

​Hello, I bought the gem theme about 7-8 month ago, i did not use that for my any website before, Today i see you added elementor then i try to test it at may demo server.

First i install elemnetor version and active license all work good, Then i try to test wp bakery version but that not working for me and its show license used maximium time.

I test it my same server same domain, i am not sure what hapen here, If active elementor, license work, if active wp bakery licence not working.

I know my support time is over, but i just need your help only for license issue.

Would it be possible to look at find a way to be able to do the following in future

Save sections of designs as a template to a library so that design elements can be used across many pages easily.

Sorry i not Understand the code for 1 license about 1 site is always validate?! Because i have buy a code in the january 2018 and i try only and not use your template, now after 2 years the distance i try to install the demo content in that site but not function. My ask is the code is always run at the site i buy?! Or after 6 months in the site i buy the code is not possible change or install a different demo content?! Thanks a lot for the support

Elementor is not working for panel or FTP installation. By the Panel, it says that the plugin is invalid and by FTP it does not appear on the Panel after a conclusion.

Hi we purchased the theme few weeks ago but decided to go with another theme afterwards (because we preferred an Elementor compatible theme). When we saw you released Elementor version we were really glad and decided to switch back to The gem on Aug 5th. However even though you mention it has all 400+ pre-built themes we couldn’t find any demos to import for Shop/Online store. It seems there are fewer demos available for import in the elementor version.

Can you please confirm if this is a bug or if you will be adding them soon so we can decide on next steps? Thank you.

I am using styled gallery on my page for example:

It was showing images in its original size and make carousel until the last theme update. Now its shows thumbnail in styled gallery and when I click opens the image in correct size.

Could you please check and help me how I can get it correct again? I want to use image in normal size for styled gallery and when its clicked it should open the image normal again.

When I check the source code of the page I see this is added and I think its come from that. somehow its added svg width height and thegem-post-thumb-small.jpg code

Very upset, how one click turn site upside down complete. it remove the theme and we lost everything. theme was removed on the update of your latest version. not cool at all. we were in a meeting when that happen and it was pretty embarrasing. how is possible a an update do succh a thing.

Hi, I´ve downloaded the last updated version of The Gem and I decided to install the Elementor version. For my sourprise, I cannot find a Child Theme for Elementor anywhere… Ther´s a Child Theme for WP-Bakery, but not for Elementor. Why is this? What am I missing? How do I install the Child Theme for Elementor?

Hello, Im trying to reinstall the theme. Get “You have exceeded the max. number of activations” I HAVE NO ACTIVE INSTALLS. Also why must I pay to renew just to send a email to your support. To be honest Im not interested in your support. VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER! and sorry I have ever bought this theme. To bad I cant get a refund anymore
