1. Is it possible to configure so that the visiting user can only upload a limited number of photos or files to register their property for each plan?

For example: In the free plan you can only allow the visiting user to only register 1 property with a maximum of 3 photos and upload a property information file, but in other plans upload other amounts of photos for each property they register.

2. Can it be configured so that the visiting user is only the one who registers their property but is not a sales agent?

2. Be able to charge for the the listing with like 3 different prices. Brons, Silver & Gold.

3. Be able to customize the SUBMIT PROPERTY so it will be as easy as possible with a few options.

4. Have a Page Builder

5. Have demo content for easy installation

6. Easy drag and drop pin for map placement (not longitude and latitude or address)

7. Work good in Desktops, iPads and Smart Phones

8. Have options for us to set separate prices for Sale and Rent. For example Sale between $25 000 to $1 000 000 and for Rent from $250 to $3000, just so it show same on both… it’s looks a little stupid when a sale start at $250

9. Can I customize the search functions… For example remove a field if I not want it?

10. And finally, it have to load fast.
