Why In stock is not shown when product is available. Due to this my products at google merchant are disapproved. They want to show availability on products always. Whether in stock or out of stock. Right now only out of stock is visible.

I am sorry there is no such option in the Theme for it, you can try with above code and then hide the quantity using Custom CSS, that’s all for now, Otherwise, This requires customization. Item support does not include services to modify or extend the item beyond the original features, style, and functionality described on the item page. porto recenty viewed widget not working any help

I have just tested that widget at my end on my test site and it is working perfectly fine at my end, you can also check it on my test site here on Shop Page:

Please note that it only shows the product after that you view the product.

Please make sure that you are using the very latest version of the Theme and Plugins as well.

And also could you please purchase support extension to get further support? Your 6 months of support period is expired from 20/08/2019. According to the Envato support policy, renewing support is required for further support.

5.5 Incompatibility – After installing Jquery Migrate helper – it shows this ( wp-content/themes/porto/js/admin/admin.min.js:1:17194: jQuery.fn.load() is deprecated ) This may be one of the reasons its acting weird after update.

Done full installation a few times and. 1. Some plugins arent installing in the porto pad (have to do them manually. 2. Once demo is imported no cart images show, the border alignment on everything is out 3. The header builder doesnt work properly. 4. The categories tab is overlapping. 5. The search bar is all out of line and badly spaced. This is all after importing demo on a fresh wp install. My site on previous version of porto worked fine, since the update this site demos look like a disaster – http://www.showspace.co.za/

Greetings, Thanks for the theme, finding it very useful! As of late I’ve been having problems with WPBakery Page Builder (ver. 6.1) – we keep getting the notification that it needs to be updating to 6.2 but can’t. When clicking on the update, the error shows “Plugin not found” – additionally the 6.1 version seems to keep crashing when attempting to edit a page via the “Edit via WPBakery Page Builder” with a “Critical Error” – appreciate the help. Thanks in advance.

Can’t edit the previous post but here’s an update -

  • UPDATE: You can disregard the first part as I was able to find the standalone update for WPBakery Page Builder installed to (6.2) via the Support page. Thank You! :) The Ultimate Addons for WP Page Builder appears to not be the latest as of this post though. (3.19.6 is latest 3.19.5 is installed) – Plus it is asking for “activation” – a process that fails via the plugin prompt. Overall, still can’t get to the editor as previously. (As a footnote – just updated to Wordpress 5.5) Thanks in advance!

Another update -

UPDATE: Activation of Ultimate Addons for WP Page Builder still an issue, but the editor is back to working correctly. Deactivated all plugins and found the editor loading again. Activated plugins one at a time checking functionality, all fine now, with regards to the editing, aside from the “Activation” issue. Thanks!

Regarding Ultimate Addon For Visual Composer, We have removed that plugin from our Theme since last 2+ years and we already added all the elements of the plugin used in our Theme in Porto Functionality plugin, so no need for it, that plugin on Support Article is only for the customers who are very old customers and using Ultimate Addon for Visual Composer elements on their sites which we have not added in the Porto Functionality plugin, and also keep in mind we are no more supporting that plugin as well as it is already removed from the Theme package since last 2+ years.

Now, we will update that plugin link with the plugin update in the same Support Article after testing the latest plugin with our Theme soon. so stay tuned with that Support Article.

Good day, Congratulations on the updates. Just to note, the CSS elements are out of alignment on the landing page for the IT-Services Demo, no matter which browser I use. I haven not checked the installed version though.

1. i’m using Porto with WooCommerce. Almost everything is translated but a few things are missing. I tried to translate the words with the loco translate plugin, but i couldn’t find them in the woocommerce language pack, the Porto Theme Functionality or the Porto Theme pack.

e.g.

Button: “go to chart page ” Button: “continue” Link: “View Cart”

2. How can i edit the WPBakery Element “woocommerece_checkout” ?
