I’m considering making a purchase but have a few questions. I need to replace the theme on my current website and I like the option of many of the features you advertise here. However, I operate a product store on my site as well. I see that this theme integrates with Woocommerce but none of the demos have stores. Can you tell me if this theme would work with a product store?

Secondly, I use many of the plugins from Thrive Themes. Part of the reason I’m switching my current theme is because of conflicts between the theme and these plugins which are great for many reasons. Can you please tell me if there are any known conflicts with these plugins? If there are no known conflicts and I do choose to purchase and discover there is a conflict, how responsive is the support to resolve the conflict?

Is there a way that I can personalize the course certificates individually for each of the courses, for example, leave the name of the course that was taken out.

Another issue I am encountering is with the woocommerce integration with the theme. The woocommerce dashboard screen is blank and the customer screen is blank. I contacted woocommerce about this and they said it was most likely a conflict with the theme.

Also I added in the woocommerce plugin “Deposits” and the theme is blocking the options for a user to use a payment plan on the product page.

Is there any documentation for the Multi-Instructor Add-on? How does it work and how do I access the settings for this?

I am using the new Email Manager Add-on and I am finding that it is extremely limited in what it offers.

Specifically in the events that will trigger an email, there needs to be a list of events that the admin and Instructors can choose that will trigger an alert email to be sent, ie: when a student finishes a lesson, quiz, or section. I am really surprised this option is not a basic part of the Email Manager.

Also the “New assignment (for instructor)” email that is sent when a student submits an assignment doesn’t have any real info other than letting the instructor know that an unnamed student has submitted an assignment. This is an enormous issue when an Instructor is teaching multiple classes with many students, Getting 30 emails telling me each that a random student submitted a random assignment isn’t very helpful in managing the assignments. This email needs to include the name of the student and the name of the assignment at the very least. Also the email is sent to the site admin not the instructor of the specific class which doesn’t help when you have multiple instructors.

And now over the last few days I have discovered a bug in which some of the “New assignment (for instructor)” emails are being sent directly to one of our students and is not being sent to the main admin email.

1) For each Course or Lesson, can the teacher insert images, videos, audio either by upload. For the images uploaded is there a way to show the attached images not as icon?

2) For each Course or Lesson we need a forum/discussion. I’ve try bbpress but it’s not well integrated (if I use shortcode inside the lesson/course it is showed between the text of the lesson and its attachements, and users (student or teacher) don’t have a dashboard or something else to alert them for new messages). Also I’ve tried BuddyPress, but the integration it’s done by shortcode, and in the “teacher profile page” the “course” section disappears and we have the buddy press profile page. Is there a way to add forum/discussion in a course/lesson in an easy way (the users are over 65 years old!!). Maybe a better integration is in the PRO version?

3) Through the blog is it possible to upload images, videos, insert urls from both the teacher and the student? Is it a your feature or inside the bbpress/buddypress?

4) If a student inserts a message in the blog/forum/discussions is there a notification system for course participants about the presence of a new message? (sending an email, or notification in the profile page…?) Is it a your feature or inside the bbpress/buddypress?

We need to be able to create discount code options when a user wants to purchase a course, they can add the coupon and get a discount before purchase. (Coupon Discount).

Admin wants to create their own coupon codes and timeframes, for coupon codes activation and deactivations.

eg; for example if admin wants to create and enable multiple coupons they can do so, and admin will also be able to set the timeframe to activate and deactivate the coupons within an automated system, can they do this with MasterStudy plug in?
