Hello guys, amazing! Theme! Have a question though, I can’t get the woocommerce icons to show on the menu. I have the plug-in installed, also activated etc… No luck. Also made sure to select the option in Navigation, nothing. When I selected social icons, those do appear. Any suggestions?

Change of plan guys, I installed the demo, which is fantastic and erases the problem I was having.
But with the demo import I encountered the problems below, im just concerned with the first two, maybe its not an issue?

BTW, I received the error with two fresh install/resets of my server.

This is nothing to worry about. It means that a couple of mp3 couldn’t be imported. Maybe for server side reason.

Hello! The theme is awesome thank you, but I’m struggling with something. How do I get the events page to display as a grid instead of a list? I tried customise > events > display but list is the only option there. Thank you!

The theme is built for WPBakery Builder. You can add any Google font and typekit font. For custom small cusotmization is needed.

Phase is not built as a music social network, but you can allow users to post their content using the appropriate user role. https://wordpress.org/support/article/roles-and-capabilities/You can also look for a plugin to improve the user role management.

PRESALE QUESTION, hi, i need to sell mp3 file not downloadable, only in streaming and one shot. The customer, pay, it can go to a temporarly link and listen one time the file, then at the end he is redirect to another page. Does your theme can manage this ?

In my Dashboard > About The Theme > System Status it shows “Theme Version 1.2.8 – It is recommended to update the theme to the latest version”. How do I update to the more recent version?
Also, what happened to the Code Editor?

Hi there. I have a question. If I wanted to add additional phase_release_buttons in the child theme (ie. for Apple Music, YouTube Music, etc), apart from creating them in theme_functions.php, where would I look to add those fields to the admin page so input can be entered on the backend in the “Release Details” section?

FYI, got this on installation – Your theme (Phase) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. Suggestions to fix this:
Update your theme to the latest version. If no update is available contact your theme author asking about compatibility with the current WooCommerce version. If you copied over a template file to change something, then you will need to copy the new version of the template and apply your changes again.

Hi, I noticed today when switching to php 7.2 that all site headers break unless they are set to No header or the header has either a background color set or an img in it. This does not happen on php 7.1 so i reverted back. Will an Update be fixing this issue in the near future ?

new albums only show only if they have “No header”. Creating a new album crash the artist page and releases page. Any help?

This shouldn’t happened. There is no known issue about this. Be sure that the theme and all your plugins are up-to-date.This bug might come from a 3rd party plugin. Try to deactivate all your plugins and activate them one by one to find out which one is causing this. ( Please note that we don’t provide support for 3rd party plugins. )
