The easiest way to make your site look like our demo one is to import demo content. The theme comes with a .xml file that allows you to import all the pages and posts like they are on the demo site. The theme documentation contains rather detailed instructions concerning the demo content import.
Please note, that all images are not included in the demo content and are substituted with placeholders as according to our license we can’t redistribute them. If you wish to obtain legitimate licenses for the images our support agents can provide you with the links to where the images used on our demo site were purchased so that you can buy them for your site.

Same problem here. When I try to edit an existing page, the editor opens up but it’s blank. Google Chrome dev tools shows this error:

For correct Content composer functioning please make sure to update this plugin after the theme update. Besides there is a need to clear your browser cache after the plugin update.

Ok this is resolved. I didn’t realize we needed to update the CMSMasters content composer. There was no notice to do that. But once I updated the plugin, editor worked again.

Medical clinic theme is released as a WordPress theme only and it doesn’t include Medical clinic HTML template. In the theme description you can see the types of files that are included in the theme archive (i.e. php, css,js) but it doesn’t state that the theme comes with HTML template inside. To activate and use the theme there is a need to just install the theme and press ‘Activate’ on the Themes tab of the WordPress admin panel – there is no specific place where the theme purchase code should be added. Theme purchase code is required to verify your purchase of the theme so that we can provide you assistance when you contact our support and can’t be used for other purposes.
In case you speak about Layer and Revolution slider plugins’ activation – to activate a slider there is a need to use its purchase code (not the theme purchase code). You don’t need a purchase code to make your slider work – it is needed to achieve automatic updates. We are the owners of an extended license and have no rights to provide the purchase code for users but of course we provide you all necessary updates. Usually the latest slider updates are included to the new theme version.

When the theme update is available on Themeforst to update the theme automatically you should use the Envato Market plugin. After activating the plugin, click on the “Envato Market” icon from the left sidebar. To generate your Global OAuth Personal Token click on this link and login using your Envato Market login details. Please copy & paste your unique token into the Envato settings inside your WordPress dashboard and click on “Save Changes”. Once you have configured this properly, you will see a screen where you can install or update your already purchased plugins & themes.
Another way is to update the theme manually. To update the theme download the zip-archive with the theme on your computer, unzip it and upload the new theme version on your server (please make sure there are no nested folders such as medical-clinic/medical-clinic). I recommend you to rename the theme version you used previously (for example name the theme folder “medical-clinic-old”), in such a case this theme version will be backed up at your server.
Besides don’t forget to update plugins in case it is noted on the WordPress admin panel after the theme is updated.
Sometimes there is also a need to deactivate the theme and activate it again to make all changes that were implemented function correctly.

We removed a widget from the bottom sidebar and changed the Bottom Sidebar Layout by Default under Theme Settings -> General to 1/3+1/3+1/3 but it didn’t apply to all pages. How can we get the setting to update all the pages and posts. I went to a couple of pages and saw the setting at the bottom and changed it there but it is going to be a real pain if we need to go to every single page.

Very nice template! But I have an issue with it. Our logo is pretty bulky/big, and after the header scales down the logo is distorted instead of a proportional scale down. Is there a possibility to scale the logo proportionally? Thanks!
Ok, I found the problem. It only exists for devices with retina displays. Added a img.logo_retina { width: auto !important; } and it works now.
