Here are the issues I am having with the Marketo theme:

1. After creating a Child theme and creating a header, I noticed the WordPress Customizer no longer works for the headers/footers and when I decide to use Elementor, I have items that cannot be deleted like social icons underneath the footer logo.

2. The Vendor Registration page is not available

3. The Vendor Page with the URL: http://burentis.com/vendor/pu-antu/ is broken

4. When view author is clicked, the page becomes broken

How do I fix these?

How To Update Themas

This theme is extremely slow. I recommend everyone to be careful before purchasing this theme. It has given me a very big trouble.

Hi I have purchased a marketo theme today but i feel the theme is too slow. Could you please guide me through this.

I also understand the server issues problems. Its your demo content. That is having some sort of issue which i have not experienced in any other themes before.

I have watched you documentation video for 10000 times and try to resolve it and you tell me its my server issue. I also know the fact about the sever issues.

We still not tested this but our theme work with Dokan, wc vendor and wc marketplace

I have purchased this theme but haven’t used it anywhere. Now when i install and try to add the demo content, i am unable to do so. As i didn’t use the theme there was no way i could use the support, and now the support for this item has expired. I feel so helpless now. Kindly advice how i can install the demo content. This is the error message i am getting – The execution failed. Please check error.log

Hi Please increase your server PHP details. If you don’t have an idea about it contact your hosting provider. They will do this for you.

My hosting provider is of no help, as they want me to upgrade by paying extra which i m in no position to do so. This this the only way around. If yes then there is nothing i can do with this template then.

You obviously did not inform your customers. How will we know this time our questions will stay? And by the way – no apologies for that? I run two companies, if my staff ever fails to apologize for this error – I would have gonr ballistic and fired his ass. And I am sure, that if something like this happens, you expect an apology for my errors. I am not playing games, 3 weeks of nothing and then being told this without any noptification, and then asked to do it all over again without any hint of apology DOES NOT CUT IT. This issue due to the server upgrade process causes. we have fixed this and never will be the same issue again. And we take backup in everyday data.

This issue not from our theme this issue from this plugin “mojo-marketplace-wp-plugin”. and maybe this plugin provided by your hosting company.

im very much unsatisfied. I just installing theme twice demo orgianic but both time elemantor page builder is loading and loading. created the ticket but not response in this issue. they just remove my ticket!!! Here is my new ticket number. #48396
