Dear Sirs, I have been a user of a theme CORE Photography since 2013. After the update WordPress 2020/08/24 I have had problems with my website. https://foto-still.com/Firstly, in the mobile version of my website the website’s menu is not visible. Secondly, the Jetpack plugin stopped working on my website. Thirdly, the Wordfence plugin has stopped working on my website.
How can we solve this problem? Thank you for your attention and fast reply.

As I have mentioned above, the theme has been been bought from you in 2013 by my employee. But I have had problems with this theme for two weeks by this point, therefor other users of this theme could also have problems with it. I have switched my website to another theme and I haven’t had any problems that I have listed above. After switching to your theme, the problems have returned back. I hope that your company will fix these problems and I will not have to buy a different theme from other developers. I would like to ask you to tell me whether you are going to fix all those problems.

Hi; the theme seems to be broken when activiated on the latest version of Wordpress. In the admin you can’t select multiple checkboxes once. Some functionalities of the theme are also broken. Maybe an issue with jQuery UI… could you fix this. Best regards

Hello, I’ve changed my domain and my website also cannot move with core theme couse of some local faults.. 
i downloaded and installed the theme for the new server but i cant see the demo content after all the process’re done.. How can i import the demo content to edit on them.

I ordered this many years ago through theme forest and hired someone to set it up. I got here by clicking on the link to you in my wordpress site. I wouldn’t know how to find where we actually purchased from years later now. But I most definitely did purchase it. Would it have been on this website or could it have been another place years back? I went ahead and downloaded the updated version. However, wordpress is not allowing me to upload anything. When I click on the upload button in Themes, it does nothing at all. I called Godaddy support and they see the same thing happening on their end, so it must be a worpress issue. they recommended I reach out to you.

It seems the Wordpress 5.5 update has killed all video playlists in this theme on my site. Is this theme going to be updated? It’s been nothing but problematic since the start and now with my website not working i”m about done with it and moving onto another more reliable developer.

The URL is http://kropinski.net/portfolio/ and all the pages within that have video playlists. I saw JavaScript errors in the browser console so added the Test jQuery Updates plugin and changed the jQuery to 3.5.1 enabled jQuery Migrate and jQuery UI version to 1.12.1
With the plugin activated the playlists are back to normal now but you can see when the page is loading before the updater runs there is a moment of the inactive player so something is still awry.

Hmmm. Now my iThemes Security plug-in won’t display or function. They advised me to use jQuery Migrate Helper plugin.and everything works but: I get this error message advising me to conatct you the Developer:

You can activate reflection from Core admin > Blog Portfolio > Enable/disable image reflection (for image flow).
I purchased the theme many years ago. It works fine on pc or mobile devices. Now I update the theme because of the instagram plugin. After the theme update… my website is OK on PC but on mobile devices is a disaster! The menu is covered with headlines and my logo cover also. You can’t read the text the logo covered all. I am not going to renew support because of that. Why your theme is not mobile compatible as before the update? Is there a option for mobile devices in the settings or what can i do to fix this problem?

Well what happened with the responsive factor of the template? My website looks nice on PC but looking at mobile – it is disaster! The galleries somehow make thiner one of the column – looks awful. Also menu is covered with headlines and logo on first page. I am not going to renew support because of that. I want simple answer why your template is not responsive as it promised on mobile and tablets? :(((

Hi, thank you for getting back to me. This is my website www.martinakaderkova.cz. I had to switch the homepage to Kenburns, because the Flow mode does not look good on iPhone (it is not responsive – the menu does not align:(( and it looks really bad). I did print screen of the template on mobile just to show you that there is a problem with the template itself and its responsiveness. You should work on some update as it is not only my website but also on Envato I see it like this in mobile mode… I can send it to you if you let me know your email address. Or look at your template on mobile 7 or 8.
Welll if I have to use Kenburns, then I would prefer dark skin on homepage, but than the pages look really strange in dark mode – they are black and grey and all the pictures have framing in grey? You cannot see it on the template:( It would be great, if it was kept simple and minimalistic, which is the reason why people buy it.
Also there is not a widget for Facebook etc. to use for example in Contact? Only on homepage? What a pity:(

hello, A client of mine, just updated his wordpress the the latest version, after long time and were some problems listing media in admin. I solved this with some lines of JS. In the “gallery” post types, I have the posts, see the number of pictures, but I cannot see the images. The version of the theme, I think is very old, 1.5. Can be solved or try to update the theme to the latest version (buying one). Thank you.

Yes you can add image title to single gallery. For Woocommerce, you can install it and using shop functionalities.
However it would required editing core theme code in order to make it displays beautifully with theme design.

Unfortunately we couldn’t do that for you. It would considered as custom modification. If you are looking for Woocommerce feature. We would recommend Woocommerce support theme as mentioned earlier instead.
