I see that I’m not the only one with load issues since the update. Please advise how to fix this. My server manager has helped me trouble shoot for a day or so and has finally figured that “td-cloud-library and td-composer” is reason for the site load being so slow.

What kind of load issues are you having exactly? Did this happen only after the recent update? The composer contains most of the theme files and functionality, it is a required plugin since update 9.7. I have been scrolling through comments and see a lot of similar issues. I have responded through email twice and have not received any response back from your support team. As some of the previous purchasers stated, I have went through several server channels with tests and through multiple techs, the problem with my site is td-composer. I’ve tried different themes I have purchased through themeforest and they do not slow my site like it is when Newspaper theme is activated with the td-composer plugin. I would like to keep using this theme. A response to the email I was asked to send to support would be nice or any fix on td-composer would help. Thanks in advance.

I purchased your theme a few days ago. I was able to enter my purchase code successfully but for some reason, I am being asked to enter it in again today and when I do, I get the following error message:

Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.

It seems that I am being taken to this page and then the error message above shows up: /wp-admin/admin.php?page=td_cake_panel&_wpnonce=47fdfc8704

What should I do? Need to fix this ASAP… I’m on a tight deadline and this is holding me up :-(

This problem was fixed, all you need to do is to follow the above steps: 1. Disable tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/uzBdRB9.png 2. Delete tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/xGGfYE7.png 3. Reinstall tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/Ay0zJHn.png or -> https://i.imgur.com/ZMgV9at.png 4. Clear all cache from your website, host, and browser ( for browser use force refresh Ctrl Shift R ).

This was the solution! I’ve buyed Newspapser twice for two websites in the last years. Thank you for the BEST wordpress theme on the market.

Great theme but the tag div standard pack threw the memory of my dedicated server to the maximum and I have a really good server. You have to keep the plugin active in order for the theme to work. Getting a refund

The post formats are stored as terms (and belong to the taxonomy “post_format”). You can find the taxonomy in the “wp_term_taxonomy” table and the terms in the “wp_terms” table. They’re called like “post-format-video”, “post-format-gallery”, etc. -> http://prntscr.com/u0rxn1

Hello, ever since updating to Wordpress 5.5, my images went from being sharp to blurry in this theme. Is this a known issue?

Also, it looks like some functions within the TD Composer editor aren’t working in Wordpress 5.5 such as color selection for header titles and changing colors for certain modules.

I feel sorry if you are facing some problems with our latest theme update but we have not reported this issue so far. Do you have made a full backup your database? If yes, please restore your backup and try to update the theme via FTP way because this is the surest method in that case.

Hello guys, I would like to be able to customize some things, so I would like to know where and which part of the template I can change this.

tl;dr 1) Customize the background of some category tags. EX:https://prnt.sc/tzhk51 Category guides, would have an image with blue bg, category missions would take a yellow bg etc.

2) I need to customize the modal login is this is possible, i need to insert some texts and remove others i also need to implement social login, because my user will log in using the Blizzard credentials.

3) Finally, I would like to know if there is a way to define that, instead of the modal login the user is redirected to a page

1. The category tags have color settings in the composer, these are available for flex blocks/grids https://prnt.sc/tzj5sp The color settings are per block, so any category tag displayed in the block will use the colors set there. They aren’t per category.

2. That would be possible by making those modification in the modal file directly https://prnt.sc/tzj7qi At the moment the login modal content can’t be modified/customized with settings.

3. Using the theme login is not a must. You can for example add a custom link in the menu, or in the location you want, and link it to the custom login page you want. The users can then login from there.

Just feedback. About posting on the support forum I’m never got a answer, I posted this question there and here you just get back to me in minutes. I know you guys have several tickets to answer but the delay in it is rediculously absurd that sometimes I prefer to break my head to find a solution than to use my “paid support” because of the delay, this is frustrating, why would I renew my Support if it’s always like this.

You could do that with some CSS, based on the name of the category, there is a solution you could try in this topic https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/category-label-appearance-on-block-1/ https://prnt.sc/u0snft With that code you could customize the category tags, using the category name.

Aside from Gutenberg, what other post editors do you recommend? WPBakery? Anything else?

I can’t believe that tagDiv Composer does not support posts, this is an enormous fail. Most people will spend time on their posts and yet your page builder does not support it.

That is correct, the composer can be used to create the post templates, not the post content https://cloud.tagdiv.com/#/load/Single The post content can be created with the WordPress editors, Gutenberg or the classic editor. We don’t recommend using WPBakery to create the post content, you could use it if this is required for your posts however.

Please fix and update what ever needs to be fixed because I’m having nothing but trouble with this theme since the last updates.

You have to admit, paying $41+ just to get help with something that shouldn’t be a problem in the first place is a bit much. Don’t you think?

Meanwhile, on your forum you’ve got one person after another complaining about the same thing. Endless loop in trying to get composer to work. As I said, I went through all that you mentioned and still nothing. NOW, I’ve had to resort to using an old theme. This does not look good for you guys if you keep charging people to get the sort of help that should be free. This keeps me from wanting to tell people what a great theme this is.

Hi there, great theme. I have an issue after the last string of updates. The font I was using throughout the theme has changed following the update. I had all the site linked to those fonts and Corporate Sans Rounded and now they have all defaulted to a Times New Roman style font. When I try and change them back it will not allow. Can you advise please.

Tried that already and no joy. I have tried removing all the fonts and reloading. I have tried absolutely everything I can think of. it is causing issue as this is a corporate website and they insist on our corporate font being used.

I just found out that none of the ‘Search Template’ is working. I am trying to create template and when I try to import it, It says “Installing…” and then it stuck there forever.
