Hello, I just updated to 1.5.1 and noticed that hovering over my portfolio no longer highlights and transitions the background image to that specific project. Is there anything I can do to fix this? Everything was working fine prior to the update.

Thanks for wasting my time. Look at other recent comments. The theme has clearly had some bugs with recent updates. Please look into those and provide constructive advice to paying customers. My support has expired.

The latest update is for WP 5.5 compatibility.

My portfolio grid isn’t working after i updated the latest wordpress version 5.5. There is only the load icon showing.

The Portfolio Header Style isn’t working. And quite honestly breaks every time there is an update. I purchased additional support last time to resolve this issue, but I am not spending that money again to resolve it. This is a theme issue and should be table stakes to even be a theme on this site.

I want to use one of the layouts listed above but have the links go to an “about” page, a “services” page and a “contact” page, rather than portfolio items…

My support has expired, but hopefully this is a simple question, if I explain correctly.
WooCommerce templates overrule the Werkstatt templates. So when I assign a shop page in WooCommerce, the layout of that page is changed to some Woocommerce template, in stead of how I designed it with the builder. I read some things about it and they say I should get the page.php (or default-page.php?) from the theme settings, place it into my child theme, rename it to woocommerce.php and replace ‘the loop’ with this: <?php woocommerce_content(); ?> I almost got it to work. ALMOST. Some elements copy over from the builder, but still not everything. Where do I go wrong? What file do I copy and which strings do I replace?

Hi, I recently changed my Envato username (from laralarame to larafrayre) and for some reason the Product Key page won’t generate any keys. I’m not using the theme on any active site (my previous site is now inactive) so I should be able to generate a key for a new site, right? I’m trying to generate a key but it keeps giving me the Invalid Domain error when I go the Envato Purchase code route for activation. How can this be fixed? Thanks!

Hi Claudia, you can add links to your privacy policy to the menu, but to add it next to “All Projects”, you would need customization.

I recently updated the theme, and now the animations on the portfolio masonry will only trigger when I scroll down…. so when the page loads, it shows everything blanc…. is there a place to turn this off? so animations will trigger as soon as the page loads?
I tried turning animations off, but during the loading time, the page gets completely broken…. : /
