Hi, is it possible to only show related products that has association to a category but is only part of a subcategory? We have for example two categories: bikes > electric, the bikes category is related to many products which is not that good. On electric bikes page, all other kinds of related products within bikes are displayed. Thanks!

Sorry, but there is no such option in our theme and WooCommerce by default. It may require additional code customization or extra plugin but we don’t have an instruction for this. It is out of our theme support scope.

Hello, im interest of purchasing this theme, i got other theme for a travel agency (from another seller) and was imposible then (i had to wait 18 months for stripe could be used in my country). I want to know if there wont be any problem for me when using this template in Mexico (chekcouts mainly/and credit card payments). Thanks in advance. All shopping and checkout functionality is a part of the WooCommerce plugin and our theme is not related to that. We suggest you to install the plugin first and check all the functions you are interested in.

I need to send you admin credentials, as the issues occur in admin. Toggle switches used to select the base currency is not functioning making the plugin unusable.

Yes, it is made with WPBakery page builder and some elements may look different on Gutenberg.

Before I go on, just wanted to say thank you for building a very thoughtful theme that really has all the features that merchants need. I was wondering if you can help us this time as we’ve ran out of support but will appreciate if you’ll help us with this as we’ve been asking for some years since using your beautiful Basel theme. It’s a question regarding header logo. The header logo setting we are using is the “Logo center”, we’ve been asking how we can increase the logo size as your advice to increase it in ‘Theme Options > Header’ is not increasing it as we require at all. We want a big logo on display. Can you pls advise how we can achieve this through other ways? We’ll really appreciate a fast response. Many thanks!

The header logo size might be limited but the header height also. Try to increase both the logo width and the header height and then see how it works.

Thanks, but even with Loco installed we haven´t been able to translate the Add to wishlist button text at product page, neither the emerging black labels Add to wishlist and Browse Wishlist that appear when roll over Heart icon. Is there any other option to translate that?
Try to click on “Sync” button to actualize the translations file.
