Thanks for your prompt response, however, a couple of my questions remain unanswered. I also forgot to mention that we’ve already updated TheGem theme but like I said when we click “Begin Installing Plugins”, a blank page with the following error message is displayed: “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”
 Do we need to reinstall TheGem theme all over again?

We would recommend to make a localhost or subdomain development copy of your current website, install there the Elementor version and rebuild pages there; after that you can just migrate the Elementor website to your live.

Thanks, there is one issue that switching between staging to productive or vice versa would need intervention of support. So after six months, if I do changes in staging and move the changes to production, I would probably need support to respond.

In my case, we are a digital agency. We will enable multisite on our WP installation.
