Hi it seems that a plugin which I already deleted has embedded itself into the theme. How can I fix this? Is a zopim chat widget. No matter what I try I cannot seem to erase it. The support team from HostGator said it had embedded itself.

It looks like you have added it as a widget, you should be able to remove it in the wp-admin > appearance > widgets page > footer 3 section.

3. Please clear website’s cache if you’re using caching plugin and also make sure that you clear browser cache.

You can try using a plugin like this to remove the slug:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/remove-slug-from-custom-post-type/I downloaded the theme and it was showing error The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.

i tried to download only WordPress installable file and I think the theme is not complete and I cannot import demos even there nothing
To install wordpress theme, please follow these steps.
1.) After you downloaded file from Themeforest. Do not upload it yet. Extract it!
2.) You will find 6-7 folders and some files inside. You’ll see the file called ‘tourpckage.zip’
3.) Upload this file through wp backend.

Hello, The theme no longer working properly with Gravity forms. It does if it is a basic one but if i use controlled logic forms etc it just load blank and no form. I switched to another theme and it loads. I switch back to your theme and it the contact form from gravity is invisible.

1. Yes, it’s possible to do.
2. Yes, we have it in our tour master system.
3. We don’t support for multi-vendors option so that’s not possible.

If that doesn’t solve it, try disabling all your other plugins and see if that solves the problem. If it does, you can activate them one by one to see which one is causing the problems.

Hello. We too seem to have an issue with the Yoast plugin and the latest version of the theme. When a default theme is enabled, Yoast works well. The issue is that when you enter the snippet metadata in Yoast, it disappears when you save the post. Can you please send a new link for the ”/include/include-script.php” that needs to be replaced? Hi. there are some features that are not working in the theme. When making a post, it is no longer allowing to post a featured photograph. The green button at the bottom no longer allows to upload a picture. IT has a few new features like video, etc. but none of those features work.
