After the new WP update, videos are not visible in the composer, they loose height capacity, in the front end I need to put a specific class to make them full width.

Can you please include the option of multiple background in one element? This will let me create more appealing websites without so much custom code.

i am trying to add a custom product layout in one of my products. I follwed the steps in the Documentation here: https://docs.uxthemes.com/article/245-how-to-create-a-custom-product-page

But everytime when I try to load the “edit product layout with UX-Builder” it keeps on loading but does not open the page to edit it. The normal UX-Builder works fine, also the product layout UX-Builder on other products with just the global custom product layouts works fine. Could you please tell me what to do?

Iam in dev mode, but the header is gone (only on the cart page, i see: 1 SHOPPING CART 2 CHECKOUT DETAILS 3 ORDER COMPLETE.)

Noticed an issue with standard fonts as an option. I fixed it once but updated our theme and forgot to mention it. When disabling Google Fonts, the CSS is written up for serif as ’ “Georgia,Times,”Times New Roman”,serif”,sans-serif ’ which is not valid. The quotes are not in there properly. They should not be there in general in my opinion. Not a major bug but definitely needs to be fixed.

There also needs to be another way to report these sort of issues without buying support. I do not necessarily need support on this. I need it fixed so I can stop fixing it with every theme update.

I cont see my widgets area in my customizer . I have installed kadence email customizer, using this email customize for almost three months, everything was working fine. but now the customize widget showing blank page and the error is like ” Your theme has 5 widget areas, but this particular page doesn’t display them. You can navigate to other pages on your site while using the Customize to view and edit the widgets displayed on those pages. “

please help me solve this problem thanks !

I am using the slider included in the UX Builder.

I am trying to disable infintive loop (infintive option off), but if I use auto play (auto slide option on), then the sliders goes from the last slide to the first slide again, over and over.

It is possible to stop slider in the last slide? (With auto slide option on)

As it is not complete for ecommerce, it is necessary to install 100 plugins from others to make a complete store, unfortunately test with other themes and they did very well, if possible you can look at what other themes do to be able to do the same, yours still remained at the top, but there is a lack of many plugins incorporated in this theme today in 2020. Looking at the scenario that everyone is creating online store, it would be interesting for you to develop new ecommerce store solutions, I will mention some examples if you ever develop and implement the theme without the need to install new plugins: see the functions of the Rehub theme, install price comparator, product alert, price history, payment methods, birthday message notification, receive an email when you return to stock, integration with egg content, integration with affiliate egg, Elementor pro, Brand and page search, different accordion categories, transparent checkout, pl ugi n wzone, waiting list, video in the gallery and the main one is to improve loading speed. these some points that would be important, please don’t need to answer me, just write down updates for updates, as I’m a fan of the theme of you, if you guys improve this, for us on this side it would be a big improvement and you guys would be on top as always. Hello. Since updating to version Version: 3.12.2 Instagram Feed is returning the message: Instagram has returned invalid data.

I’ve tried reconnecting my Facebook/Instagram account and get to the final step (Connect) and the page refreshes to – https://kototea.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php but nothing happens. Just the letter 0 on the screen. Can you please advise how to remedy? Thank you

I have noticed that i can’t save any setting in “customize.php” in theme options, and i got the same problem in “Advanced” setting in optionsframework

while they are working without any problem on the same domain on wp version 5.4

Hi, I’m having issues with adding a new ‘product image’ to a product. Clicking ‘set product image’ opens the media gallery, not in a modal window but in a page. Clicking ‘remove product image’ on a product already set up does nothing.
