I’m getting this error when i try to register “Code is already registered for other domain”
It was installed and then deleted from a development sever but never deactivated. How can i change the domain to the live server.

Very interested in this theme but realise it has been a while since the last update, and that it is currently running on an older version of woo commerce. I also have installed Wordpress 5.5 and was wondering if there would be any issues with the theme on this?
Is there anymore planned improvements/updates, or does the theme just come as is?

Please note that due to safety measures related to COVID-19 the updating of our themes is a bit delayed but please note that we are working really hard on this and that we are constantly working on updating all our themes, however, we can say that the theme is compatible with the latest version of WordPress as well as it is compatible with the latest WooCommerce as well. You will get this message though but it will not affect the performance of the theme as well as it will be added in the theme’s changelog once the update is out. At the moment we don’t have any ETA when this update will come out. You will for sure be notified when the theme update is out. The latest WooCommerce version compatible with our theme is 3.9.3, as it is stated in the change log. Please don’t upgrade your WooCommerce plugin until we test it and release an update.

The Goia theme is one of the most beautiful multi vendor themes I have seen in a long time. May I ask:
1. Is there a masonry blog layout option or grid demo example I could see? 2. Any option to display videos on the homepage? 3. I have not used Dokan before but I read that there is a frontend dashboard. Do you know if vendors will be able to log in and monitor their bookings/ sales or make adjustments to products they are selling? 4. Do you have any details to see what the vendor dashboard looks like? 5. In your theme documentation I saw a section for “Tours” and “Courses”. Do you have any demo to show what these would look like? 6. When I purchase this theme, can it only be used for 1 website?

1. You do have an option to create a blog list which does have a masonry layout and the appearance will look like this
As well as you can choose Blog Masonry template within the page attribute which will look like this
2. You do have our video button shortcode which you can use as well as you could create a slider which will show your video.
3. &4. Our theme is compatible with standard Dokan plugin. You can read more about it here as well as under Dokan > User Dashboard you can register an account in order to see all the features the user dashboard has.
5. Gioia theme does not have Tours and Courses, you can check our themes documentation here in order to get a better grip on how the theme functions and what possibilities you do have with it.
6. As per regular license you can only use it on one domain. So one purchase is for one domain.

Can this theme be used with Shopify instead of WooCommerce?
I mean that as in, can I use the shopify store and plugin and leave WooCommerce inactive? I like the layout but not WooCommerce itself.

1. What element of theme i can change? For example: color of text when we click in, color of button, the font size

Hello, I had a question please. When I create a product page using the large product images (as per this page in the demo https://gioia.qodeinteractive.com/product/round-bag/), the images come up very blurry – even though I have uploaded high-res images. When you click the images to zoom in to the image, they are nice and crisp, so I can’t understand why they are blurry on the product page. Help?

Hi, I’m trying to connect the instagram profile via the panel present in the options-> social network-> Connect with Instagram. but once I try to log in I get the following error: {“error_type”: “OAuthException”, “code”: 400, “error_message”: “Invalid scope field (s): basic”}

Also, we have started recommending the third-party Instagram Feed plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/instagram-feed/ to our customers, as the plugin is more specialized for Instagram, and we did not have any compatibility issues with it. Their plugin has already been updated to be compatible with the API changes so you could try it out until our developers find a suitable solution.

I just installed this theme, and it is telling me this:

Hi, planning to buy this theme right now so could you please answer these questions on this forum urgently! : )
1) Is this theme compatible with Dokan Lite? (not pro) and would vendors list and follow vendors still be available?
2) In your demo login it says you have to pay a subscription to be a vendor, is there a way that vendors can register and sell for free?
3) I see that some of your ‘compatible with’ plugins are out of date. I have the latest update of these plugins (WooCommerce etc) will this be a problem/ have any effect?
4) would I be able to add more items to your rows? (eg. in your page there are 3 category pictures , could I make that more or less?)
5) is there a way to mix pages from one demo onto another? eg. Could I build a multivendor market place on one of your non-marketplace demos? (and would it still have a vendors list etc)

4. Yes you could change this appearance to your needs.
5. Once you import demo content you will get access to all the themes pages and settings which you can customize to your needs. You could add, remove or combine different elements from different pages for sure.
6. Yes you can showcae your top products by having a product list or adding featured products on a page. When it comes to top vendors we do not have nay shortcode however you can easily add iimage with text or create your content linking it to a vendor shop for sure.
