The certificate will be assigned to the student automatically after finishing the course. The student can see certificates on his/der account page under the Certificates section. You can manage certificates under the STM LMS settings -> certificates section -> http://prntscr.com/qir0yt
The certificate design will be the same for all the courses, only the course and the student date will be changed on the certificate.
In the future updates of the theme, we are planning to change the certificate option totally by creating the certificate builder. Also, we will add documentation for certificates, right now there is no manual for the certificates.

Hello. Interested in buying your template. We need to make a small website with video courses (the videos are on vimeo, youtube etc.) that are sold by subscription. That is, after the payment, the client gets access to the video for a limited amount of time (1 years, 6 month). At the end of time, access to purchased courses is closed or the client renews the subscription. Is it possible to implement this concept on your template?

(Currently there is no such option in the theme. We plan to add these features in the next updates of the theme.) If the Feature will be added soon, I would love to buy the theme.
This option is under the developing stage. In every update, we are trying to add the most popular option requests among our customers. This feature is not so popular, so we are not urgently integrating it.

How to update the theme without lossing the previous settings and data
Hi,
The theme update process will not change the content and settings. If you have some MODIFICATIONS in your parent theme FILES, you need to install a child theme.
If you made your modifications in child theme you don’t have to worry about losing the code you applied into the theme files.

guys we paid customization site and we are working already with the app team to develop our app with you. and so far the services from your ticket sysem are not taken care as we really need. what we are asking are simple things that need to be done. with other errors that theme has already that need to be fixed. please help. it is very important for us.
We need distance learning theme, but this one really need improvements. menus overlap with the black left bar in the phones. in the menus we need 3 main buttons become instructor, enterprise and of course download app. in any of your headers are those options. it is a bid deal for us have those 3 simple things working and correctly from desktop and mobile.. kindly help

Uploaded content to the Lesssons pages using WPBakery builder and the pages show up blank. When I inspect element there are 6 errors. Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected end of input and ReferenceError: stm_lms_lesson_id is not defined to name a few?

Hi there, I have some questions.
1. Can I customize popup links in Header? I’d like to change two default link(Become an Insturctor and For Enterprise) to customize link.
2. How do I automatically publish reviews? I’ve tried to leave review several times and it was always pending. so I had to edit pending to publish.
3. Can I change size of front page? I’d like to customize Wide to Box. I think it is about 1200 px width.

1. Sure, you can modify it under this path: wp-content\themes\masterstudy\partials\headers
2. By default, the review needs to be moderated. There is no such kind of option in the theme to disable the moderation for course reviews.
3. Unfortunately, there is no such kind of option in the theme. It needs to customize the theme templates to realize your request.

I have following pre-sale questions:
- Is it possible to sell individual lessons inside the courses separately by assigning a specific price to those specific lessons? So that if the user purchases only 1 lesson, they can access only that lesson out of the full courses and not the other lessons.
- When a course is a part of bundle, does it show on the course buying options – an option to “buy this course as a part of the bundle”? (Like how it shows options to buy for membership plans in which the course is included)
- Is it possible to customise the student registration form? I want to get their phone numbers as well in the registration form.
- I am making a single-instructor website who will sell multiple courses. There are not going to be more than one instructor. Do you think Master Study is ideal for that?
- I also want to use CC Avenue Payment gateway WooCommerce integration to checkout and collect payments, is it possible with this LMS?

1. There is no such kind of option in the theme. It needs to customize the theme templates to realize your request.
You can sell one lesson as a separate course.
2. There would not be displayed this kind of notification on the single course page.
3. LMS Login page isn’t a simple page. It is generated by the MasterStudy LMS plugin. You can change it only by modifying this template – ”.../wp-content/plugins/masterstudy-lms-learning-management-system/stm-lms-templates/stm-lms-login.php”.
4. Of course, the theme is also intended for one instructor also.
5. The MasterStudy LMS plugin contains only 4 payment methods (There are Stripe, Wired Transfer, and offline payment in the MasterStudy LMS plugin. ). Other payments can be used by enabling the WooCommerce Checkout feature [https://prnt.sc/qayi3g]. If your payment method is supported by WooCommerce, you can use it with the theme.

- Clear. Do you think you can provide any services or assistance to incorporate such a request – so that users can buy even an independent lesson from a course? The user who purchases single lesson from course should be able to access only that lesson and not other lessons in course.
I understand that I can create course with single lesson, but then there will become too many courses unnecessary which I want to avoid. Plus the single lessons (which I am talking about) are technically part of the courses however there’s use cases where student would only want to buy one lesson.
Eg. In a particular Geography Chapter 10, I have 2 lessons: “The explanation of chapter” and “Exam oriented questions”. Most of the students will go for both, but when exams are near, there will be students who would just want opt for “Exam oriented questions”. This helps me monetise better.
I am just explaining the use case here so that it can be considered in your future plans of development of the product.
- If the course is a sold “also” as a part of bundle, I think it makes a lot of sense to display in the list of purchasing options for the course, don’t you think? This way, interested students can opt for bundles and I can generate more revenue. This is same concept like memberships. Do you think you can help me create this or this can come in coming updates? I think this is a very reasonable use-case which a lot of customers would like.
- Okay, Good to know at least I can customise and add the phone number. Do you have any existing tutorial or example code which I can add to achieve this? (I have some coding skills). I saw comments from a lot of users asking for similar request to add phone number or additional fields in registration forms. If you have helped someone achieve this, maybe you can help me as well.

Thanks. I was studying your theme in depth, and I have one more feature request (in addition to my previous message) which I think is basic requirement for many use cases and should be there in the LMS.
Currently when a user purchases a course, it is available for lifetime access. However, there should be option to set a duration of the course after which the access is revoked and user has to purchase again if required.
I saw several other comments from users regarding same request hence I am assuming this is not possible right now? Please let me know if I am wrong and it’s possible to add a timeframe to the course.
