Hello! When I’m selecting my new footer the default one still shows up above it. When selecting “No footer” it still shows up. I want to make a custom footer on only one page. What’s the best way to do that?

In order to hide the footer you would need to use some custom CSS and place it under Theme Options >> Custom Styling >> Custom CSS. If you are using WooCommerce with the theme for payments then yes Stripe is supported out of the box. Our Front End Submission plugin also includes Stripe and PayPal integration, but this is a premium plugin sold separately from the theme. As soon as I disabled the ‘plugin’ – I can edit the pages / posts no problem.
Equally, if I disable the Rankmath plugin – all works fine. I just can’t have both running at the same time?
It looks like there was just a conflicting name, we have adjusted it so it will work with their plugin. It will be fixed in the next release coming out later today or tomorrow.

After the latest update there seems to be some recaptcha errors that are generated when rendering my homepage and preventing the vehicle slider from loading. I have gone through and double checked the actual Google api keys and I have cleared any cache systems that are active on my site.
Any chance this is something you are aware of?
EDIT: Im also getting an error on the actual Google recaptcha page: We detected that your site is not verifying reCAPTCHA solutions
Possibly a coincidence the slider isnt working and Im now getting errors. Im still investigating. Let me know if you are aware of any issues.
Fixed the recaptcha issue (unrelated) but I did figure out the problem with the vehicle scroller… it wont display sold vehicles like it would before I updated but will display anything else.
Do you have Listing Options >> Inventory Page >> Sold Vehicles set to Show? If not just toggle this on and that should display them. If you do have this toggled on and they are still not showing up please open a Support Ticket including temporary login details to your website so we can have a look at it. Thanks!
can we do auction on listing?
Thanks for your interest. There is no auction functionality built-in to the theme, you would need to use a 3rd party plugin or custom code to enable this.

Yes, you can install plugins very easily with a couple of clicks under Plugins. We haven’t tested any auction plugins with our theme or Automotive Listings plugin so I don’t have any suggestions as far as this goes. Thanks again for your interest!

Yes, the demo content is 100% identical to the demo content, the only difference is the placeholder images are blurred out.
It seems to be working for me, did you clear your cache after the last update? You may just have some old scripts cached in your browser.

Google search console is showing me a CLS problem with this theme! This will be a ranking factor in google, so please update the theme! (https://web.dev/vitals/). There is too much CLS its too high, google search console says that! Please adjust the theme design so that google has no performance issues with this theme. Thank you!
I also know another site, that use the same theme, and i checked in google performance insight tool and yes they have the same issue according to google, high CLS!

Just to let you know our development team has been able to reduce the CLS. The only thing increasing it now on the Home page is the Slider Revolution plugin. Now when we disable Slider Revolution it is all the way own to 0.000. This will be included in the next update, thanks for the suggestion!

Hi there, the issue is still not fixed. We download the update / new package. But still, even if we have an empty page with no content it still says CLS 0.27, this is still too high for google. I also dont read anything in the changelog regarding CLS, can you please double check agian?

You didn’t update the Automotive Listings plugin, it’s still back at v12.4.1. Once this plugin has been updated to v16.4+ you will see the CLS improvements.

You can have the plugin enabled but disable the listing functionality in the settings if you don’t need the extra functionality.

Hi there, After the latest update the recent Vehicle Scroller also shows vehicles that have been marked as sold in the past. How can I make it to show only active listings ?

I think you may have some sort of caching going on with GoDaddy, I would recommend clearing any of these caches and testing again. If you are using GoDaddy Managed WordPress clear this, if you are using a CDN or firewall clear this, clear/flush any WordPress caching plugins, disable Jetpack, and test again.
I have cleared the cache and the issue is still there. After that I have restored a backup from June and all fine, but once I upgrade the plugins all goes wrong , so it is something to do with the latest updates

Hi Erik – Sorry to hear you are having trouble, we haven’t had any other reports of this happening! I would recommend that you ensure that WordPress, your theme and your plugins are all updated to the latest versions, then clear any caches you might have running on WordPress or your hosting account. If that doesn’t fix the problem then I would try disabling any 3rd party plugins you may have added (Automotive Listings, WPBakery Page Builder, Slider Revolution, WooCommerce, Yoast SEO are all fine to leave enabled). If you are still having trouble after trying these things then please renew your support and open a Support Ticket including temporary FTP and wp-admin login details so we can debug the issue. Hi there I have tried both this: “Go to Appearance > Menus > Manage Locations and set the Mobile Menu to either be the same as your main menu, or create a different menu for mobile. Thanks :)” But mobile menu still not working… I have latest version of theme, wordpress and plugins.. what should i do?
Try disabling any plugins you may have added (other then the included plugins for Automotive Listings, WPBakery, Revolution Slider) and see if that fixes the issue (there may be a conflict of some sort). If that doesn’t resolve the issue please open a Support Ticket including temporary login details to your website so we can investigate.
Hi, for the Italian translation I’m using loco translate plug in, it seems to work! but now I have a problem with the footer, in Theme Options -> Footer Settings, the buttons (Show / Hide) do not move (Footer Logo, Footer Icons, Footer Menu etc etc, I would like to hide the menu in the footer) as I can to do?

A question, in the price field of the search inventory box on the home page, prices are displayed without the thousands (example <€ 5 <€ 8 <€ 10 and so on, instead of <€ 5,000 <€ 8,000 <€ 10,000 as I entered in the settings in listing -> price) how can I display the thousands in the price field of the search inventory box? We will be releasing an update later today with the fix for the footer options. Regarding the search inventory box, can you verify that you have enabled the “price” option for the category under Listings >> Listing Categories? And just to confirm you aren’t using any custom listing template files that could be overriding the Automotive Listing plugin code?

I purchased automotive theme from Envato yesterday. I cannot register this product for support as there is no theme suite product key provided.I have entered the envato key but you have rejected this. Where can I find the product key sothat I ca receive the support I have paid for?

Love the theme but unfortunately the Automatic updates are not fuctioning correctly. My purchase code does not appear in the envato update settings and I even reset my purchase code but it is still doesnt appear and plugins cant update. Not sure how to solve the issue as this should be working.
I’m guessing you are likely using a fairly old version. Envato removed their old API system a while ago which was what we formerly used for our update system. We have since then switched to their new OAUTH system. You will need to manually update your theme and Automotive Listings plugin via FTP, and then you will be able to go to Theme Options >> Update Settings and you will be able to connect your account so you can continue doing regular updates moving forward.

There are no words anywhere on the site that cannot be changed or translated, so to answer your question, yes – everything is translatable.
