Claim listing is option for listing owners. If some user already get published listing, he is able to claim his listing, in order to get ability to edit it. After that, admin has to approve it and that is all.
So this option is only for listing owners as I mentioned above. Users who have not bought listing can not claim listing.

Also the icons used on the homepage (the arrows in the search / search buttons) appear as numbers instead of icons. How can I fix this?

1) if we click on “explore” after uploading the theme on our site it is still linked to your page (search & go). That’s not what we paid for, right? Is there something wrong because of the installing of the theme or is this always the case?
2) If we search for KEYWORDS on HOME it doesn’t work any more. But if we search at “ALL LISTINGS” it works. Why?
3) All pictures are warped. Why did it warp the images and how do we undo it?
The pictures are also wraped at the page “all listings”
4.) Is it also possible to let you guys install the theme? But in the beginning all these things worked, and we don’t know why it doesn’t work any more?

Please note that due to safety measures related to COVID-19 the updating of our themes is a bit delayed but please note that we are working really hard on this and that we are constantly working on updating all our themes, however, we can say that the theme is compatible with the latest version of WordPress as well as it is compatible with the latest WooCommerce as well. You will get this message though but it will not affect the performance of the theme as well as it will be added in the theme’s changelog once the update is out. At the moment we don’t have any ETA when this update will come out. You will for sure be notified when the theme update is out. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
When it comes to demo speed, please note that for our demo site, we haven’t done specific site speed optimization because the main accent was put on showing all the features and elements from the theme, as well as keeping the highest quality of the photos. There are many ways and tricks for improving WordPress site speed ñ so-called speed optimization. A balance between size and quality is necessary. A good hosting server is also very important for the site´s performance. We always give advises to our users in support tickets when they build a site in our theme, what steps they should take in order to improve the speed. Google also offers PageSpeed Insights for detailed performance testing, though some people from the programming community say that this tool is not as accurate when it comes to analyzing and assessing website performance.

1. Can we use custom fields to the listing forms? I have listings with categories/listing type and each category/type listing form has different fields related to the category/type
2. Restrictions: I have plans with level. These paid subscribers will see other users lists, but certain features will be hidden to the user who have paid for a lower plan. So the restrictions are based on VIEWING USERS not Listing Author plan
3. Plans needs to have expiry and Listings also expiry. This will depend on the plan selected
4. Free plan needs to auto assign to the user as soon as they register

1. Unfortunately, no. Our listings are custom post types and modifying them would require additional coding, which falls out of our support scope. 2. This is not available with our theme. You can try finding a plugin to help you achieve this. 3. Listings have an expiration date, but the pricing plan will stand as it is until you change it. 4. The free plan also needs to be “bought”, there is no option to automatically assign it to a new user. 5. There is no option for this, you can try finding a plugin to help you achieve this. 6. 1. Our theme is listing theme,
Hotel, and rooms booking functionality isn’t covered by our theme, sorry 
, but we will make suggestion to our developers and they will consider possibility for some future theme update. Booking functionality is for restaurants only. We have implemented Open Table system for booking in this theme.
2. Unfortunately, you can’t just upload already existing items it that way, since listing items are custom post type we registered, with our unique meta fields, slug…nothing is the same, so it’s impossible to just upload your existing items. We can’t really recommend any third party plugin as we have not tested it with our theme, however you can always try to test this on your end.

You can create different types of Listing Packages with these characteristics: free or paid, price, discount price, number of listings, availability of listings (in days). Then if users need to submit a listing/listings, they have to choose desired package. That is the way how you would charge them. For buying Listing Packages for listing submitting, our custom payment method via PayPal is the only one available at the moment. Despite setting the listings to 9999 days my 100+ listings that were entered a year ago are all all starting to change to pending and cannot be published. If I click publish they return to pending a few seconds later. This is a VERY serious issue for us as as the listings were set to expire far in advance to avoid this problem. How can these listings be republished? It it means editing the core files to remove the listing expiry function I will do this.

Please try setting some huge number for “Availability of Listings (in days)” in Listings > Listing Packages > Your Listing Then publish your post. That should solve the problem.
As well as you can always try to deactivate all of your plugins to make sure they are not causing this issue. If the issue goes away, then you can enable them one by one to find out which one is causing the issue.

Made no difference. The listings had to be recreated and even more disturbingly, we noticed that on some listings the content had changed – specifically the gallery, they all started to show the same pictures and the maps, which all started to show the same (incorrect) location – and the information they showed – all from one of the expired listings.

I had issues registering.When I solved that and tried to add a listing I get – “You don’t have permissions to add new listing”. What am I missing? My support has expired too – do I need to purchase more? Let me know urgently

Please make sure that you are using latest theme version with latest required plugins as described here.
As well as You should make sure that the number of listings isn’t exceeded in the required listing package and that new user default role is set to “Author”, from Settings > General

Elated Themes – its me again. The image upload issue is here, but I have found the problem after testing permissions and deactivating plugins.
When a user registers and they go directly to “Submit Listing” – they can’t upload images.
BUT if they go to their profile FIRST after registering, and they update their info and reset their password – they are able to upload images to their listing.
There seems to be a missing verification. Or something.
What can I do to fix this issue?

On the Explore page, is there a way to randomize the listing order instead of having listings show on this page in chronological order based on the most recently created listings?

I love the theme but would like to ask a few questions before going ahead with my project.
1) When a location is selected from the homepage, the location page shows a half page map and the listings on the right. Is it possible to have this page showing a nice description of the location, with featured categories such as places “to eat”, “to stay” or to “see & do”? The map, search & criteria/tags could be displayes at the bottom perhaps?
2) Ifs there any functionality or plugin you could recommend to sell ad space on the location pages – for eg. a restaurant owner could pay to be featured in that locations “to eat” category and a hotel owner inthe “to stay” category. This potentially opens up a number of advertising slots on each location page. (some listing themes incorporate this feature into the customer’s dashboard and the ad space is sold and updated automatically – they don;t look half a cool as this theme though! 
)

The main theme purpose is that your potential customers can advertise their listings and we did not implement feature for a them to create shops and sell their products there.
Also we have implemented Woocommerce in this theme but for multivendor you will need to use an extension and we need to say that that we didn’t test that plugin with our theme so we cannot confirm compatibility.
