Hi,

Slider revolution is not saving. I created a new slide and save. But when i add it on page, the slide is not appearing.

I click on Slider Revolution menu and dont find any slide that i have create.

Impreza and wordpress is all last version.

The ‘Add to cart’ button on variable products for Woocommerce is impossible to translate. I tried with a few plugins and WC codes.

If I renew the license, is this fixed? or could you support with translate? Also, can I update the theme?

As I can see your “Add to cart” buttons are not related to Impreza, they were added via this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/woo-variations-table/ Please contact the authors of the plugin and ask them to provide a solution.

Hello first this is the best theme ever, theme works great on all mobile devises but on iPhone 11 a big white spaces showing after every product when using grid layouts. can you help please?!

As I can see you’re using an outdated Impreza, please update Impreza to 7.8.4 version https://help.us-themes.com/impreza/installation/updates/ then update ALL the plugins, clear cache and check again.

If have problems with screens that doesnt work on Impreza like Header Builder, Design options, etc…. Just activate and desactivate the “maintenance mode”. Just work! :)

Updated all themes and plugins. Cleared cache and even used a completely different browser but still can edit posts and WPBakery also doesnt work.

WordPress 5.5 issue – Comment for others:

If you “Download Installable WordPress Fils Only” it is the latest version, but if you get the “All Files & Documentation” it is a month old.

Also, I did have to clear browser cache.

I also had to update the Core plugin and WP Bakery.

We love this theme. Got it through our Envato Elements package. Beautiful site built using it. We have one small problem. On bottom of every single portfolio item is “No results found” but we don’t know what we missed setting up to get rid of it! I’m experiencing issues with the sticky header. I used to be able to define the header colors for the initial load of the header, and different header colors for when the visitor scrolls, but the sticky header colors aren’t loading. This is especially true with my transparent header. There does not appear to be a “sticky” classes added anymore on scroll.

For the benefit of others. UpSolution determined that there is a conflict with the Google Tag Manager for Wordpress plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/duracelltomi-google-tag-manager/). Specifically I found the issue is with the “Codeless Injection” option under the General tab. Switching to another option will resolve the issue.

Using impreza 5.8.1, we would rather not upgrade to 7.8.4 as that would cause even more developer time to adjust a large site. Is there a simple fix for the WP5.5 issues every is having? For now we reverted back to WP 5.4 so we can edit our woocommerce/impreza site.

Unfortunately, there is no simple fix available for version 5. So we strongly recommend updating to the 7.8.4 version to fix this compatibility issue. You can move a copy of your live site to some staging server and test the update there, once everything is set, push it to your live site.

I’m seeing bugs too. When I open a Text Block in WPBakery Page Builder, I can’t see any text to edit and can’t get to the visual or text tab. I had to switch to classic mode, search for the text in all the shortcodes and edit it there. Some other elements seem to work fine, like image. Fix coming for this?

Header Builder won’t activate, is it no longer needed?

Yes, all its code was moved to the UpSolution Core plugin so you can simply delete the Header Builder.

Along with everyone else we have lost our ability to save within the theme. to PROVE this i spun up a brand new server and installed only the theme, the child visual bakery and the core (all the latest version downloaded just 10 mins ago from the Themeforest server). NOTHING will save therefore it is categorically not a cache issue. The theme options cannot be selected either unless I turn off UpSolution Core.

In Google Chrome Console I can see the following error in the admin: us_input_examples.js?ver=7.7.1:2 Uncaught TypeError: $(...).live is not a function at us_input_examples.js?ver=7.7.1:2 at us_input_examples.js?ver=7.7.1:14

ALso on the theme options page Impreza is giving this error:
