Enfold is officially compatible with WPML, therefore we would definitely recommend WPML. Using WPML will give you more control over each language, such as setting theme options differently per language.

HUGE PROBLEM. I have SIX LICENSES, I hopefully attached the correct one to the client whose site is not working correctly. The slider IS NOT WORKING. All I see is a SHORTCODE now and have no way to find it to edit it. The button to go to the correct page is not working, so I need to know how/where to edit. What is going on? Your download file is 4.7.6.1 version, where is the latest version?
You can’t login to wp login or admin after WP 5.0 updates. It keeps giving me no required update to the database and when you click ok, it takes you to the home page. Its like a loop.
I keep reading about your theme problems with WordPress 5.0 – do you have a stable version to recommend?
Cache was flushed and the problem solved. Still running 4.7.6.1 though

Any new demos coming? I have 49 licenses for Enfold currently. Really like the balance of simplicity and options. There are some great demos but as far as I can see (been using Enfold since 2014) no new ones made any time recently. Avada seem to have made more in last few years and other themes like Jupiter. Would be great if some new modern demos were made soon.
I just repurchased support via Envato in the hope that I could write directly to Kriesi for support as the website reports errors due to Enfold. But I just get sent a link to the support page where I already wrote yesterday without having to pay. I need help now! What did I just pay $ 43 for?

For a long time, the theme update process was a 1 click option from the WordPress theme dashboard. Then you went to API token and then a plug in called “Update Theme and Plugins from Zip File.”
I see you are still linking to documentation that shows the 1 click option.
I’m thoroughly confused at this point as to which is the latest approach and where the best documentation is for easiest and fastest theme updates.
Also, I see a lot of threads here about breakage with WordPress 5.5. Should I wait a few more days to update the theme until more fixes are made?

API keys are deprecated so you would need to generate Personal Token and insert it in Enfold theme options. You can refer to this post and generate one – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#how-to-generate-a-envato-personal-token.
If you are currently using Enfold version older than 4.5, you would need to manually update the theme – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/#update-via-ftp first as we have update Envato API in Enfold 4.5.
We would recommend you to create a testing environment (which does not require a separate license) and update the theme there to be on the safe side as there have been major changes in WordPress 5.5.

Hi guys! I just installed the latest update and the LayerSlider sliders are no longer visible. Is it a bug? Or does the layerslider license need to be added separately, if it doesn’t work anymore?

I updated Wordpress to 5.5 and when I went to update from the dashboard the entire left side menu where I can look for an update is no longer displaying anything. This is happening on safari and was not sure how to proceed or if a fix has been set up. Is the only option to FTP into my website and update to the latest version of the theme?
