Hi, I’m having a trouble adding Fancy text (type effect) to my hero slide. Hero slide is made with Slider Revolution where Fancy text pop up or under the slide or below the slide….and I need it centered on the slide of course. Can you help please?
Also, the speed of the website when I update it or want to preview the website after some small changes is awful….Every change takes really really long….what do you think it could be? Would the optimization of the website help later or it’s something in the theme?

Hi, I’ve purchased and installed the theme in my localhost and some of the Premium Plugins which suppose the be free now need licence activation where after I try to that is says that I need to purchase a valid license. It is the case with the Convert Plus, Layer Slider, Ultimate Addons for WPBakery Page Builder , and Massive Addons I don’t even have and you have it on the list. How can I fix this? Is it maybe because of the localhost?
I recently updated my WordPress to 5.5. version where I know that outdated 3rd party plugins can cause issues affecting the entire site, including LayerSlider. But this happen before my update, so just to exclude that issue.

Hello! 1) In short: You don’t need register any of bundled plugins, all these plugins has been purchased by extended license.
In details
Crane theme comes bundled with several premium plugins:
WPBakery Page Builder Ultimate Addons for WPBakery Page Builder Massive Addons for WPBakery Page Builder Slider Revolution LayerSlider WP (kreatura Slider) Convert Plus Groovy Mega Menu All the premium plugins that come bundled with Crane theme are under the Extended License.
That means:
You don’t need to buy a license for them Support will be provided by Grooni as part of Crane theme Updates are managed by Grooni team and would be available in Admin panel when a new version of the theme is released. Since you don’t have to license them, ignore the license activation notifications from that products.
Note: You will be able to use all the features of the plugins except the premium features. For the premium features, you will have to buy a separate direct license.

I’m asking myself a few questions about the theme + plugin pack you are offering. I notice that your theme is often updated but the plugins that are offered inside are starting, for some, to be old.
1- From there, what is the version of the plugins included with CRANE? (WPbakery, ConvertPlus, etc …)
2- In this regard, how are the updates of the plugins included in your pack going? I understand that the support of these plugins is not understood, since they are partnerships, affiliations or other. But by purchasing CRANE, will we be entitled to updates to these plugins? If so, for how long?
3- If I can allow myself a suggestion, you could place a link to the plugins offered with CRANE, because it was difficult for me to find some and when they are found, it stings the eyes: - Massive addons: it’s been over a year since it was updated - ConvertPlug: I think it’s now called “ConvertPlus” - Slider Revolution: having never used or searched for a slider, I had to do some research on google to understand that it is “Slider Revolution 6”. The logo you present is the correct one, but it does not appear on the envato page of the plugin: a link to the envato page of the plugins would be so much easier! - Keatura slider: today this plugin is called LayerSlider and will soon be leaving Envato. Hello, I have a problem while importing the demo. I was trying to import One page demo – the installation hangs ob 60% and shows this error message:
“ERROR mkdir_failed_ziparchive. Could not extract demo media package. Please contact our support staff.”

Most likely, WordPress was unable to create a directory wp-content/uploads/grooni-demo-presets / in which the downloaded archive with demo data is unpacked for further import.
This can arise for various reasons. Perhaps you have installed a plugin that monitors security and has prohibited the creation of a directory. Or there are set rights that prohibit create on behalf of www-data in this directory wp-content/uploads/
Also please check your server to meet the minimal technical requirements.
If the issue still remains – please provide temporary admin access on your site that we can try to figure it out.
Last question, I know how to work only with elementor, but in the descriptions it also indicates that it is compatible with WPBakery. In that case how can I do it ?, or only some templates is working with elementor?
Mega menu compatible with Elementor, WPBakery, DIVI, and other page builders that Groovy menu plugin supported. Ah, sorry for my previous comment, i mixed up some things, these templates created in WPBakery Page Builder, now we re-compose all layouts also for Elementor, but it’s not ready yet.

This is a matter of taste and habit, despite the growing popularity of the Elementor, WPBakery still is a classic page builder thats allow speed page building in backend mode, and has the feature to add nested ROWs
Well I have to say I absolutely agree! I tried different page builders and personally Elementor is my first choice when I have to finish some project very quickly. Anyway, as I’m new in buying someone else’s template from Envato, just one more question please…what happens with a licence and support after a year when it expire? Is it possible to extend it again…do I receive regular updates even after the expiration? Thank you!!!
You can renewal and After 6 month or 1 year (depend that did you choise). As for updates, a good question, at the moment you will receive them, but perhaps something will change in politics in the future.
Yes, there is 6 months and 1 year, but I was wondering what is going to happen after a one year, at one point maybe theme will not work on the new versions of WordPress and PHP if it is not updated by author. Anyway, because you were so kind and helpful, I’ll purchase your item for one of my next projects….even if I have to build it with WP Bakery

Premium Demo clipart cannot be included in the theme package according to the Themeforest policy. Instead of cliparts, demo import consists are placeholder images. In addition, we do not provide all the demo content posted on our demo site, we provide only 25 cliparts and 2,000+ icons.

The flipbox is a widget from Ultimate Addons pack, which was updated in the latest Crane release. As this applies to the 3rd party plugin, you need to wait a official fix the bug from Ultimate Addons widget. We will write to their support about the issue.
