Hello When do you plan to provide an update to fix WP 5.5. issues that result from the change in the jQuery migration mode changes? Hello! These issues were already addressed with the latest theme update. Please update the theme to v2.6 and KeyDesign Addon to v3.6. Then clear your browser cache and test again.
I’ve freshly installed the theme and the addon plugin with the latest version and still get an error like: TypeError: jQuery(”.kd-animated, .portfolio-item, .play-video, .toggle-map”).inViewport is not a function. Please delete the KeyDesign Addon and re-install it. We’ve pushed a new update for this plugin. You can re-install it in Dashboard > Appearance > Install Plugins.

Hi, I just realized my support for this theme expired. Is buying a 6 month support term the only option? It appears I missed an opportunity for a longer support term at a bit better rate by email as it emailed an inbox I rarely check. Is this still an option?

Thanks, I am aware on how to renew the support, I was just wondering if there was an option for a longer term than 6 months? It seems when you purchase a license you can extend the support for an additional 6 months which is what I did originally. Not sure if I am able to do that again as buying a new license and extending the support is actually cheaper than going 6 months at a time and renewing support. Seemed odd which is why I was asking for a longer term.
You can extend your support for a maximum period of 6 months or purchase a new license which gives you 6 months of free support and extend it for a year. These are your only options.

The theme doesn’t offer this functionality. You need to install a separate plugin for cart reservations.
Really cool looking theme! Quick question, I noticed that each time a new page loads, it doesn’t load instantly, but rather shows a loading animation at the top. Is there a way to disable that and have pages refresh without that transition? Thanks in advance!

Thanks for writing in! Make sure that you are using the latest version for KeyDesign Addon – v3.6. You can update it from Dashboard > Appearance > Install Plugins.
Do other icons on your site still show up? Have you tried disabling all plugins (except for the theme recommended ones) to see if this resolves the issue?

Can we customize colors of the theme? We have defined brand colors which we want to implement. In that case, can we easily change blue color of the theme ?

Hi there, the team member element appears to be buggy on Chrome. The theme and all plugins is updated, when i view the page https://digitalcloud.co.za/kiara/about-us/ in chrome i dont see the team members or its erratic, shows or doesnt. On Firefox its fine.

I can’t update theme with latest update (from the 14th of August)
When I try to upload the zip-file in Wordpress then I get a notice that says “the theme is missing the style.css stylesheet” and thus I can’t do the update. Can you help with that?

All custom CSS code is saved in the database. Updating the theme shouldn’t affect this area. Regretfully, we can not help if you’ve overwritten the code by mistake.
Recently, I keep losing the fonts that I originally chose in LeadEngine Typography Theme Options. I was using Standard fonts. Now there’s a message in the Typography Theme Options that says I need to register for Redux to use Google fonts. Is this true? Do I need to pay for Redux Pro?

Try checking in a new private window (Incognito window on Chrome). The Main Demo website loads properly on my end.

Hi BogdanKD, Sorry we tested your site https://www.leadengine-wp.com/main-demo/ in more than 5 devices and got same, no banners etc.. We can send the screenshots if you could share your email. WE see “Buy LeadEngine” button and play button but no backgrounds etc. It’s just white.
Your “Agency” theme demo appears good though https://www.leadengine-wp.com/agency/ . And other demos like “Company” also works well> https://www.leadengine-wp.com/company/.. I see issue with main demo only, that’s the one we are currently using in our main site.

Your website loads properly on my end – I’ve tested on a Win10 machine using Chrome, Mozilla and IE Edge. We will be running some more tests later today on Mac to see if issue persists.
Hi BogdaKD, it’s just not Mac issue. I have had my all team members check our site and your site. It’s broken in all machines, so I don’t believe it’s related to any specific device. This has happened for the first time since the purchase.

It seems the theme is not compatible with WordPress 5.5. Also, the plugin installation failed in setting up the theme without showing an error.
