Presale questions. Hello. I’m totally in love with this theme and haven’t even purchase it yet. Are there any demo layouts with pre-populated digital products that I can import? I want to sell strictly digital products (ebooks, software, etc.) and would like if there’s already DFY layout that I can simply edit to add new products. Also, is there back to top arrow for mobile? I saw much about this, but wasn’t sure if this is included in your most recent update. Okay to have for desktop, but I think it’s also important to have for mobile.

There are many ready to use layouts in Flatsome Studio and we add new ones regularly. About the back to top button, there is already an option to enable or disable that for mobile devices.

Did you try to update all of them (Wordpress/Woocommerce/Flatsome)? Sometimes Wordpress auto update may cause such problems. You can update them via FTP.

HI! I purchased this theme some months a go and now I want to open a dropshipping website. My license is Regular, does it prevent me from operating as dropship website because the end user pay for the product?

If you are “selling items on your site” then you are within the bounds of a regular license. If you are “charging” people to VIEW or ACCESS elements of your site then you will need an extended license. So basically, if you are say selling t-shirts through your website then you are totally covered under a regular license. If however, you are charging the user to be able to view the T-shirts (say templates, logos design) then you will need an extended license as you are directly making income from the website itself and not the service that it provides.

In general, if the site charges a membership or a fee to be able to access content/functionality, then, an extended license is required. The perfect example for this would be an eLearning website, where people are charged to access content/courses in the site.

Please take a look at this link to get more information about licenses and seek legal advice should you have further questions.

Currently UX-Builder allows to enter no price into price table element. But if no price is entered, on front-end it displays $99.99. There is no reference to this ”$99.99” in HTML code, CSS or database.

I am trying to change it so no price will show, if no price is entered. Any clues?

The default value of the “Price” has been set as $99.99. You can change it from the flatsome/inc/shortcodes/price_table.php file line #8.

You’re really awesome and your work is really very very great.

I really wanted to buy it, but I have few concerns.

Can we make it fullest WIDE like amazon.com … whatever content comes, it automatically adjusts in FULL WIDE MODE Manner.

You can visit this Image and see that, flatsome in even full wide mode is not actually wide, only header blue menu gets widened, but no menu or or not even side category menu..

But I wanted FULL RESPONSIVE System … such as Amazon does.

I don’t wanted to get it fixed like 1080px or 2000px … I want fully responsive.

Like the Product Category & FILTER, SIDEBAR should be at the full left side, instead of a big gap.

Mainly I want that Screen should Feel like filled with no EMTLY SPACES …

Flatsome is a fully responsive theme. I meant you can set the “max-width” manually to remove those “gaps”. Please check this screenshot.

On product page the gallery images display correctly when horizontal but there is a scroll bar when vertical, how to remove this scroll bar please.

Is it a support issue? or just a setting to change or tick box somewhere ?

Maybe you can use a different theme only for smartphones with a 3rd party plugin but it’s not in our support scope. If you mean AMP support, Flatsome doesn’t have that feature.

Products are re-appearing in cart after few minutes in-spite of REMOVING them and updating the cart. Few are experiencing carts not getting cleared post checkout.

It mostly happens because of caching.

It is not caching issue. I have a developer. The cart session is not getting cleared. I don’t know what is the issue. When a user removes item from cart – it is okay. But after 1 hour, the item is back in cart. For Caching, the page is same for all user. Here my cart item is getting fluctuation. Cart from 3 days back is coming back randomly. I REMOVE this items. from cart from Flatsome theme, how can the cart remain?

Hi Support Team, I’ve tried to use the top page content for categories but im noticing some issues with the filter. Please allow me to elaborate. I’ve uploaded a few pictures so you can see the issue. Pics: https://imgur.com/a/HtNNEOe

- The issue is that when adding HTML/shortcode to the Shop Page Header, the filter reverts from Flatsome design to normal woocommerce design (pic 1).

- However, the filter design change only affects the shop page. The category pages are still showing the Flatsome filter design (pic 2)

- If i try to add html/shortcode to the top page content part of a category page, the filter still does not change. (pic 3)

I hope this explains the issue im facing. I love the filter design and wish to keep it but I would love to add banners to my main shop page too for marketing purposes. Is this meant to function in this manner? Or will this be fixed in the future so the filter design changes for all shop/category pages to be consistent?
