Hi. I bought this thinking it is a HTML template. Do you not perhaps have this template as HTML only?

HI there. I’ve just installed and imported the demo content. I’m trying to modify destinations through a GUI but all I see is the default WP editor. With the short codes in there its near impossible to edit this way. Is there a GUI for destinations that I am just not seeing? Please advise. Thank you

Please go ahead to WPBakery > Rolemanager and check destinations page as well. This way you will be able to edit it with WPBakery.

Also, we would kindly ask you to check your resources that are recommended for this as well as you can always try to import our demo content with our XML file.

Pré-sales question… I’ve read in the documentation that each tour can have a specific data, set by de bookking system, but I could not find in the frontend tour page end in the loop list of the tours where this date is displayed. Can you show/explain how it works? tks

I bought ROAM theme, and it’a a shame I can’t change the icon for a custom section in Tour Item, instead I always get a book icon any possible way to change the icon ?

Hi, previous months ago i start using your theme and wrote to you with support ticket but didn’t get any answer. I have installed and activated theme on localhost with its purchase code. but after the moving website from local to server i couldn’t activate the theme with the same purchase code. in that time I’ve made a mistake i guess and deleted the whole site from localhost without derergistering the purchase code there. so now i think that it’s the case why i still have a problem with activation purchase code on server. I couldn’t find a place where i can deregister theme from envato account or something similar place. please help in this case, you might know what to do here.

Dear, I use this theme for my tourist company and would like to buy another license for my next project. But as I today was checking my webpage www.stadtfuehrer-warschau.com and reduced my browser window, suddenly my tour list on the homepage was totally destructed. I did not see this before. Then I checked on my ipad and laptop, that this behaviour is always like this. I would like to know if this is can be repaired before I buy the second and third license. On my big screen it did not occur. But most of the users have smaller screens. What can I do to see, if this is repairable before I buy the license?

Hello, I’ve seen from a couple people using the template that a user logins to submit/book a tour. Can it support normal submission without having to login?

Thanks for taking an interest! Tours are not connected to WooCommerce. We implemented Paypal as online payment, or if you disable Paypal you are able to arrange payment personally with your customer after sending a booking request. The user admin serves as an overview of the booked tours they have made.

Check out Roam’s user dashboard by signing in from the front end of the demo website with the following credentials

Username: test Password: test

No, I’m not inquiring about tour support for woocommerce… I need clarification on if a user can be able to submit a booking with the tour booking form without having to login as it is here on the screenshot – https://bit.ly/34ClWu1 below tour availability. I would want my to have people on my site only submit inquiries through the exact form – but no login or payment. Please clarify for me. Thanks in advance.

You can book the form without logging in, but the user dashboard serves as an overview of your booked tours.

Hi there :) I’m trying to install this theme for a new domain. Im not using my old domain anymore. When I fill in the purchase code it says that the “code is already registered for other domain”. What should I do to make it work for my new domain?
