Dear Wolf Theme Team,
I tried to update the theme today but after I did this my website crashed. In wordpress recovery mode it said the theme did not load properly with this a reported error:
An error of type E_PARSE was caused in line 555 of the file /home/.../.../public_html/wp-content/themes/loud/inc/module-params.php. Error message: syntax error, unexpected ‘)’
I would really like to continue using this theme…could you please help with this?

I replied a while ago. At the moment the mp3 file used in your player bar is not accessible by its direct URL. It may be protected if you use the same file for sale as a WooCommerce product.
Be sure that the mp3 file you use can be accessed directly by its URL in your browser and the player should work fine.

I hoped it helped too, but it didn’t. I updated the Page Builder to 6.4.1, the Content Blocks plugin is version 1.1.1, and the Extension plugin is 3.5.5. Still no tiktok icon.
Anything else I should try?
My bad, the field was missing in the social icons custom element.
It will be fixed very soon in the Extension plugin 3.5.7

The update is avalialbe at the moment (3.5.7).
About audiosmack this is not planned at the moment but thanks for the suggestion. This is something we may add to a future release.

It seems that there is an URL issue with your MP3 files. When I try to access one of your mp3 file directly in my browser, I got an error message. https://virtualmusicconcert.com/wp-content/uploads/woocommerce_uploads/2020/12/01-Track-1-z744qr.mp3In order to play your song correctly, you must fill in valid mp3 URLs. And it seems that this is a permission issue. It looks like your songs are stored in the WooCommerce folder.
I guess if you use the mp3 files that you also sell with WooCommerce, the plugin protects the files and they can’t be accessed directly.
I suggest using files that you directly upload to your media library instead.

As specified in the theme description and for technical reasons, some default features like grid and frontend editor are disabled like in most big themes. However, we’re working on the frontend editor compatiblity.
However I’m working on integrating the front end page builder for future update.

Since the last update I’ve noticed the single video pages are blank and don’t show the videos. Works fine in Posts, Pages however. I’ve had to set the videos to open in lightbox as a quick fix. Any ideas?

There is no known issue about this (just checked). Be sure that the theme and all your plugins are up-to-date. This bug might come from a 3rd party plugin. Try to deactivate all your plugins and activate them one by one to find out which one is causing this. ( Please note that we don’t provide support for 3rd party plugins. )

Hello,
WPBakery Page Builder Extension de-activates every 24 hours and needs reactivation. I have deleted and reinstalled and still doesn’t work properly. This has only happened after the 2.0.4 release and continues in 2.0.5.
I don’t feel like I should have to pay for premium support to fix what seems like a bug in the theme. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Hi.
I’m having an issue with font awesome after last update. It seems to freeze when using icons in js builder. Also tiktok icon not showing up in social icons via js builder as well.
I installed Font Awesome plug in to help trouble shoot and found loading verisons at wolf-visual-composer/assets/css/lib/fontawesome/fontawesome.css?ver=4.7.0 & loud/assets/css/lib/fonts/fontawesome/font-awesome.min.css?ver=1.3.1 & js_composer/assets/lib/bower/font-awesome/css/all.min.css?ver=6.4.0
Any ideas if its a bug or suggestions on a fix ?

I have found some files in the events plugin but I cant seem to find the hook on the admin single event side? Can you point me in the right direction? Id basically like to have 1 more option of text to appear

Awesome. I was abble to add it in using $price to the single event page just like the $time, $state, $city. etc.
Great work but still having major load issues on mobile. Images load half way and then you have to wait a few seconds. It continues to happen when scrolling up and down. No issues like this on desktop. When they do load and you scroll, you get this issue again when going back up or down.
Same with the footer. I think it tries to re-prccoess each row or element and has a hard time.
Ive tried both lazy load on and off and still have this issue. I have it on a flywheel hosting and tried clearing the cache and everything. Im wondering if its the way scripts are being loaded on the phone maybe?
No issues on desktop, super fast
Do you use a cache plugin?
I use WP Super cache. Be sure that the option to enable cache on mobile is set.

Flywheel has extensive caching as well as CDN. I find the theme on mobile has this trouble loading events. Either GRID or List. I tried loading your demo from your themeforest page and it does the same thing with your caching.
Im not trying to knock the theme. You have put in a lot of work and its great. Just trying to trouble shoot here

Hi, I am trying to make a full width ROW to be STICKY so it sticks to to top of the page when scrolling. I have disabled Equal hight rows and also made sure the menu is not sticky. This still does not work. IS there any thing I can do to make this work properly as suppose to be?

Hi Guys I moved servers and it seems to run much quicker now. Thanks.
One thing I am seeing is on a Single Event Page, when I add a row and element to the WP bakery editor in the admin side to the event, the page forces the image and meta data to the very left and sort of breaks the page? Any ideas why this may be happening? If I leave it blank and dont add anything it looks normal.
Also, my GET TICKETS button does not show “Get Tickets” It just shows the background color of the button. Event though there is a ticket URL present. Please help to revolve thanks!

Is there a way to prevent the footer columns from stacking on mobile? I have a row set with two columns but no matter what I do they stiil stack. I want two columns to be side by side with text/menus. I see there is a feature with WP Bakery that allows me two do this but not in the LOUD version. Please help. Thank you.

Would it be possible to add an email signup Popup on next update? Ive seen them in many other themes and they are not plugins but built in using their mailchimp shortcode. Basically, when someone goes to the site it would be great to have a timed option to have it pop up with the dark overlay underneath the site. Same when you are about to leave the site it pops up before exiting. Thanks. Close to buying!

How long does it usually take to respond to a ticket. Your website says tickets are usually responded to within 24 hours. I put it in a ticket about a week ago. I got a response on this thread and still nothing regarding my issue with the template at all.

I think you have posted your ticket in a “general” category. As specified in the forum welcome message, these are not processed.
You must post your ticket in the “Loud” category where your purchase can be verified. Tickets are usually processed in a 24hrs time-frame.
