hi . I’ve installed the theme. Followed the instructions with installing the demo content using Unyson. I keep gettign error messages during mid point of installing saying ‘time out’. I’ve spoke to the hosts and they’ve met the requirements of this theme. They’re asking me to refer this issue to you. The theme is now partially online but the pictures are of a very poor quality. I have reached out to this author before for a refund as the theme is an absolute disgrace. I had left development for a while and today i went back to try and finish it and it got an error “There has been a critical error on your website.” I checked the error log and its got:

I dont know why the author used so many plugins to make a simple design. It is slow and disgraceful. It is a complete con as you dont know this when you initially purchase it.
And the author denied my refund and offered a little help but the bottom line is its too big and bulky for what it is, need to reduce the plugins its using
I disabled these 2 plugins which come with the theme and then my site loaded.

I downloaded this theme from Envato Elements. There is an issue with installing demo content but the Author refuses to help. There were other products I wanted to purchase from the author, this has stopped me.

1. The homepage in 50% of the cases does not load content (big white space on homepage) on mobile. 2. The contact form is not working on mobile (The fields are inactive)
