Hello, After updating my Wordpress, Bridge Theme and the plugin of “SliderRevolution” , the SliderRevolution is not working. However, when I change to default wordpress theme, SliderRevolution reappears and display my Slider. I also tried to deactive all third-party plugins but it did not help.

I have been using Bridge for 6 years now, it is running on multiple sites, so I am pretty clued up on it’s elements. But I am struggling to create something using some of your pre-packaged ‘Elements’. I wanted a SERVICES list like what you have here using Workflow https://bridgelanding.qodeinteractive.com/elements/workflow/ However, I have found that I cannot use html text in the text panels such as styling elements as simple as bullets or even add in a shortcode button below the text, this element is very constrained. So I then looked at adding an Animated Holder, as you are showing here https://bridgelanding.qodeinteractive.com/elements/animation-holder/ This allowed me to have bullets in the text panel and add in a button, great! But when viewed on a mobile device the left to right elements look odd as Picture – Text then Text – Picture, which looks confusing. Ideally I want the responsiveness of the first Workflow where corresponding image flows over the corresponding text. Quite clearly something which should be simple is getting very frustrating. An answer here would be great.

Just done that and the little grey Qode icon is just slowly flashing without the form uploading the question. What’s happening guys! Can’t I just have an answer here, it would then be searchable for others. I had 6 years of business with you, I do feel that in the beginning there was very good tech assistance. I was someone who gave you a lot of insight into getting the Bridge theme working faster with cache details in the early days. Great that you have sold so many themes since but the support system has become a behemoth.
UPDATE Please check your URL field as putting text in probably suspends the send of the form on your support. I did not want to put in URL so put in In Dev and that form did not send. Just tried again with blank field and form sent. If this is the problem you need to address.

THIS IS GETTING FRUSTRATING NOW 5 days and nothing resolved. I have made multiple purchases of this theme. I have 6 years as a customer using BRIDGE and all I can say is that Support now is woefully inadequate despite the success and obvious monetary gain the theme has had with over £6,750,000 made in sales. Come on guys, this really is not on, sort things out!

Also, we have started recommending https://sr.wordpress.org/plugins/instagram-feed/ to our customers, as the plugin is more specialized for Instagram, and we did not have any compatibility issues with it. Their plugin has already been updated to be compatible with the API changes so you could try it out until our developers find a suitable solution.

The featured image can have a gif uploaded but the thumbnails will not show the gif animation unfortunately. You could try to achieve this with some 3rd party plugin that might suit your needs. Please note that we have not tested these plugins so we can’t really guaranty theme compatibility however you can always test it on your end.
