Thanks for writing in! Do note that as per regular license you can only use the theme on one domain. Please read more about it here. So if you have not used the theme or will not use it on this client domain you can install the theme on another domain. If the theme is active and installed on another domain then you will need to purchase another license in order to be able to use it on another domain.

it was only active for a month! the domain is no longer active…this was about a year ago. so do i still have to buy another?

Thanks for taking an interest! The Rev Slider version that is included within the theme is currently 6.2.23 however if you need an updated version of the plugin you can always ask our support team for the latest version.

When it comes to the Edge slider there is not a page that has this included and showcased unfortunately however it can be also used, it has though a bit limited options then Revolution Slider, but it works perfectly fine.

Is there a way to deactivate the Lightbox for each image in the portfolio and add a Video Button to the portfolio image instead?

As well as the Header options do need to have set a Background color and transparency to 0, which will make your header transparent.

But would kindly ask you to check our tutorials on how to install the theme, and if you at any point have an issue with the demo import please check your resources as well as you can always try to import our demo content with our XML file, as the process of installing the theme should not be that complicated.

Its just awful. I managed to get it insntalled throiugh the FTP, now “the page cant be found” when I click to add or edit a page. Waste of $77.

Ok, i have waited 2 days on my ticket for an answer to my question: The hover function is not working in my main menu on the landing page, how can I remedy that? 2 goddamn days. Are you serious? I know where to set the hover colors and behaviour, it just does not work. Along with a host of other things.

My patience has run out with your theme. It is very cumbersome. Yes, i did like the design, but its editing functions are deplorable. Even mundane elements don’t work. And your support is a big joke, one I unfortunately cannot laugh about.

I am majorly displeased, and I will warn everyone who inquires to stay away from Edge. And now I will move on to another “Edge” less theme.
