I bought the theme because of the integration with Elementor and I want to use the Demo Shop 4 on my website, but when I import the Demo to use the Elementor model, the website comes out broken, it just doesn’t work, I’ve tried it in several different ways, and the only way it works is when i import using WPBakery Page Builder, i need a solution.

Please go to Elementor >> Tools >> General and “Regenerate CSS” & “Sync Library” from there and save changes and showing below:

Then go to Elementor >> Tools >> Version Control and Click on “RollBack version” as showing below:
And after completing it, try to Import the Elementor Demo and check back your site after removing the browser cache.
It is the Elementor plugin version issue and we are working with Elementor plugin support on this and it will be fixed with our future upcoming updates of the Theme and Plugins…

It’s important to note that it is the responsibility of every company or website owner to prepare their sites for GDPR compliance. It is not the duty of any framework used to create and manage a website’s compliance, solely. In almost all cases a lot of manual fine tuning will be needed. Generally speaking, that means there is no use in asking “Is WordPress GDPR compliant?” or “Is Porto GDPR compliant?”. For example, Porto itself will never be violating the GDPR criteria as it does not collect any data. It is a powerful tool to create websites, and the end users website is what will collect data and the data collected will be different for every use case.
Does that mean that WordPress and Porto users are left alone in their fight for compliance? No, not at all!

If you want to use a plugin you can try with any third party plugin which better meets your requirements, unfortunately we have not tested any of the third party plugin for this reason with the Theme so we are unable to suggest you on it.

You can always get the latest updates of the Premium plugins with the Theme update in Theme Package OR You can download the latest plugin from here:

Hi, I was need a theme with old school menu style like on the left sidebar. Looks like i found what i need in your demos which is in your inventory it’s called “corporate 12.” But there is a problem and if you accept this is a pre-sale question, i’ll be glad. When i click a menu with submenu item, it doesn’t respond to click. It is just respond when i click to the arrow icon on item’s side and reveals the submenu. What should i do with this? If “it’s not a bug, it’s a feature”, that’s not gonna helpful for visitors. 
I don’t have a copy of your theme, that’s why i don’t know if this can be fix via control panel. Is it possible to fix that? Thanks in advance.

In shortly, menu item with submenus doesn’t respond to click but that tiny arrow on other side of the menu item does. My point was, why that menu item cannot clickable but its arrow can?
I want the menu style exactly your first example in screenshots that you’ve added. But when i click a menu item, it doesn’t reveal submenu at all. At first, i thought this was because of Slider Revolutions and menu reveals behind the slide. But when i scroll, it still doesnt reveal submenus in horizontally too. If it does, perhaps its behind the main page content so i cannot see. Hope that explains what i want to say, sorry for poor English knowledge which is not my main language. Thank you in advance.

Sorry to say that but this is not possible, because the Parent Menu Item is also linked with any page, So when you click/tap on the Parent Menu Item it will take you to the particular page with which it is linked, So you can not set it as for open the Child Menu/Sub Menu Items or open all the menu items by default when clicked on a mobile hamburger, This requires Customization and if you want our paid Customization services you can contact our Customization team as well.

1. Your theme has many themes. Can I use each theme for a different website or do I need to buy another Regular License for the second website?
2. Please is it possible for this you shop theme https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/shop2/ to have the list of categories by the left side and each category will show the number of products in it like (20) next to the category to show the number of products.
By Categories I mean this https://prnt.sc/u3ygvp. Also is it possible for the categories to be fixed at the left side so that even when the right side product content is long the left side category will still be fixed.

1. You can only use the single license of the Theme on single site/domain, If you want to use the same Theme on 10 different sites/domains then you have to purchase the 10 different licenses of the Theme separately, and you can Import any Demo on your site as per your requirements. This is Envato policy with every Theme you may wish to confirm from them as well.
2. No, sorry to say that but this is not possible, Those are Menu and set using Custom Links and not dynamic, so this is not possible with that you want. This requires Customization.
3. Yes, when you will purchase the Theme, you will get the 6 months free support with it

1. No, your both sites will be on different domains and you have to purchase two different licenses of the Theme for your two different sites/domains.

I have been a porto user for 5 years since 2015, and have purchased 2 licenses for 2 sites. So far it’s the most functional theme that I’ve been using. And I’ve given 5 star rating for porto theme here. However my recent two supporting tickets were deleted on the supporting site without any reply. I don’t know why. Support says we must fix the problems Porto created? Our sites Vendor dashboard and shop are not working. Had so many issues with this site since wp update. Its not our job to now waste time and fix core file issues that werent created by us?
