This theme is fully compatible with the latest verison of WordPress and WooCommerce. But there are some issue bettween WordPress 5.5 and plugins that using old jQuery methods. You should test and make sure your plugins are compatible with WordPress 5.5 before updating.

Please delete the current version of Revolution Slider on your website. Then reinstall it in Appearance > Install Plugins to get the latest version and fix this issue.

Actually, there is no problem with the theme. In the recent update of WordPress (version 5.5), it made a big change in jQuery library and it causes errors to many plugins, including Revolution Slider and WPBakery Page Builder. But you just need to update these plugins to the latest version to fix the issues.

Woo Commerce still says the theme needs to be updated to be compatible with latest Woo Commerce database. This has been constant since I’ve had the theme, even though I am constantly updating the theme.

When? Also, I bought this theme almost a year ago, and still haven’t been able to import demo content. It NEVER works. No matter how many times I change my server settings, update php versions, set infinite timeout and file size limits…. It still NEVER has been able to pull in demo content. It takes over an hour to get tabour 250 files imported and the just stops. Every other theme I’ve purchased has taken less than a few minutes. This one takes over an hour and then fails. I just can’t get over what a massive disaster this purchase has been.
