Hi, I have this theme, my support ran out but have a question? I have a row with three columns in it. Each column has a youtube video in it, all videos are set at 16:9 and at the same heights, all three columns are the same width and all other settings are the same. The video in the first column is showing up smaller than the other two, if I switch videos the same thing happens, whatever video is in that first column shows up smaller than the other two, the other two videos show a black bar across top and bottom the first one does not. If I switch them same thing, video in first column has no bars on top and bottom of video so it shows up smaller. If I change setting to 1:1, 2:1, 4:3, same thing video in first column is smaller than other two. I even deleted the row, columns and videos and started over, same thing. When viewing/working in ux builder all videos look just they are supposed to, but, when viewing live on pc, tablet, mobile that first video is smaller. Can you help me please! Been trying to fix this for days now, Thank you so much, love this theme!

We’ll try to fix that in the next release. Please remove the <!-- wp:html --> and <!-- /wp:html --> tags from the page for a temporary solution.
Hi, thanks for the reply. the 2 items you mention to remove, are they found in the code specific to the videos, I can see the tags for the row, col, and video but there is no <!- wp:html -> or <!- /wp:html -> anywhere in that area, where would I look for these to remove. Thanks!
You need to switch to Code View / Text Mode in WP Editor to be able to see them.
Thanks, I was in visual editor, switched to code view, found them and removed them. Seems to have fixed the problem but I now noticed in ux builder the width,scale,rotate,depth,etc sliders now have a up-down control covering over the % numbers all the way to the right, hard to see what % they are set at. Also, instead of row,column,video and having problem mentioned above (video to left smaller than rest) I tried row,column,banner,text box,video and it seems to work without removing any code.

There is no bug on the footer. You created a custom footer and 2 different rows for desktop and mobile. Please edit the mobile row and change the text “©2020 UX Themes”.

I build a custom product page – i have 2 sections with show on mobile and desktop – for both i have a seperate produkt gallery – but now when i click on a variable product picture the choosen one will not shown. It will be only shown at the first section in UX builder. Because when i click the variable product picture the pricture only change in the first product gallery – is there a solution for the problem?

I installed flatesome on xamp localhost and designed a very nice homepage. Now when I zip the whole wordpress on xamp and then uploaded in cpanel godaddy hosting and access it via browser then everything is restored. My designed homepage doesn’t appear instead I have to choose from those ready themes.
Anyone know how to solve this issue?

Website migration is not covered by our support. You can’t just zip your local website and upload it to the remote server. Please contact your hosting provider about their website migration services.
Hello ! After updating to WP5.5 / last woocommerce and flatsome version, i can’t override my form-coupon.php. i took a copy from the last parent template and put it to the child template. it seems as if wooocommerce as changed something ? Any idea? Thks

Flatsome is responsible for the live search results (which are shown while you typing). But when you hit enter or click on the search icon, you’re redirected to the search results page which is generated by WordPress and Woocommerce. So, you need a 3rd party plugin like Relevanssi to be able to extend its functionalities.
I know. I do use Relevanssi from the beginning and it worked for me. But now, for some reason, it doesn’t anymore. Maybe it’s some version updates that crush it. I’ve just wanted to understand if there is alternative solution for that situation. Thank you

Hello. Lovely theme you guys have, would like to use this theme for my next e-commerce site but I would like to have each product Id shown on the custom page layout, making it serve as a unique Identifier of products, this can be the id that is assigned to each product by woocomerce, which users can use to search a product later on the search box instead of remembering the title of the product. what I mean is whether there is a shortcode like say [ux_product_id] just like you have for [ux_product_title], [ux_product_price], etc

There is already a feature called “SKU” (Stock Keeping Unit) in Woocommerce for that.
I know about sku, but SKUs are too long for customers to be searching items with on d search box, would need something with 4-5 characters and d woocomerce product IDs seem to be fine and memorable.

Hello. I was wondering if you can help. I am looking at purchasing this template. For my website, I need the ability to have extra options for many of my products (as for some products, I have a minimum order quantity of 70 and then sell them in batches of 10 – 80, 90, 100 etc). Depending on which option the customer chooses, the pricing may vary. This would not be for all products, but for some. Is this something that this template would be able to cater for? Thank you.

Actually, your request is more about extending Woocommerce features than a theme functionality. You will need a 3rd party plugin for that. Flatsome is compatible with all official Woocommerce extensions.

There is no ready to use option for that. But you can do that by manually adding a condition into the flatsome/inc/woocommerce/structure-wc-catalog-mode.php file.

Hi, There is a bug in cart icon on mobile when placed in nav menu. cart not working probably (not opening) only if you hold it will open in new window.

I setup this theme on xamp and I also installed Alidropship woo plugin but the whole frontpage of the theme disappeard except the header and footer which are visible.
Another question is how to setup payment gateway? Does it support Stripe or I need to install third party stripe plugin?
