Hey! One question regarding to latest update: somehow on my shop, if there are for example three producst on the same row, the page is not centered anymore. Meaning that the page forces a wider area on the rightern side of the page. I have tried to change the single post width but it doesnt work. How could I solve this?

in both cases you need some custom CSS snippets, since Uncode offers ways to customize the color of those things, but if you want to change the icon or the look of the “scroll-to-top” button you should manage CSS.

About the media player: it would be better if you could provide the real site URL to better understand where that player is: in a loop, across the page content etc.

Hello, if you were able to add more details it would be very helpful: what do you mean by saying “V.C. is not working”? Do you see javascript errors in your browser console maybe?

Sorry, but honestly I need more info: what function are you talking about? Could you provide a screenshot maybe, with the browser console open to make sure we are talking about the same thing? Have you tried to disable the other plugins: Uncode and the plugin included are fully compatible with WP 5.5 so if you have a 3rd party plugin generating an error also Uncode could be compromised.

Good Morning. I bought the license again, because I got an error when updating: An error occurred while updating Uncode: Purchase code verification failed. (Error 15) I have used the new purchase code and the error message keeps popping up. Far from being the only problem, when I edit a page everything goes black. Please help me.

Does this theme work with Cube Portfolio plugin?

Hello! We are sorry but there are so many WordPress plugins out there and it’s not possible to test compatibility for all. Uncode is compatible with the most popular plugins so probably it should work also with the one you mentioned, if that is correctly developed and doesn’t need particular integrations to work with themes. Maybe you could ask this to the plugin’s author as well, and I recommend to do it, since it doesn’t seem to reply often and maybe the plugin isn’t supported well. Just a tip.

Hello, maybe you missed to update Uncode Core plugin, that is mandatory in this case and it is deactivated if you don’t run the update: so the shortcodes included in it are printed textually and not executed. Make sure you are running v.2.2.8.3 both for Uncode theme and for Uncode Core plugin (and, of course, check for other updates as well: we also released Uncode Page Builder v.6.2.0).

Everything is up to date, I used the automatic update and it updated all the packages.

I assume it is due to the jQuery Migrate issue of the last update. I installed the recommended Enable jQuery Migrate Helper, the composer now works, but I am getting a couple of warnings:

/wp-content/plugins/vc_clipboard/script.min.js: jQuery.fn.load() is deprecated

/wp-content/themes/uncode/core/assets/js/min/admin_uncode.min.js: ‘ready’ event is deprecated

Hello: jQuery Migrate helper just warns you that in the future other jQuery functions won’t be supported anymore, but they are working at the moment. All the other users have solved their update problems by following the steps in the article I provided above. Could you, instead, provide what I asked before in order to get a better help? Hi, i would need different dimension of full product photo. currently, on your demo the picture dimension is 489×652 px , for the products i plan to insert ( flooring items ) the dimension of full photo would need to be something like 489×218 px.

How do we get the mobile menu to kick in sooner? With your CTA menu, it gets cut off on ipad. I’m surprised there isnt a better system for adjusting the menu layout with various devices like other major themes. Am i missing something or does the entire css structure around that need to be edited?

My Uncode theme version is saying: 2.2.8.3. Is there a newer version? There are no updates on my site to say so. Please advise.

You have the latest version of Uncode, but please, check also if the plugin Uncode Core is updated to 2.2.8.3 and, as I wrote above, please provide a screenshot of your browser console if you have errors in it.

This latest Wordpress update .. and Uncode update has resulted in all my Theme Option Typography settings reverting to default .. I’ve had to go in and reselect lots of other Theme options this morning.. all the menu opacity settings had reverted to default 100%, still ironing it out. I’ve got lots of other Uncode sites and am not looking forward to going through all of them re-doing the settings.

Hi i dont know why, but i am not able to change my pictures in the portfolio anymore. even if i creat a new portfolio item. This counts for the Featured Image and for the Media Gallery. If i press the button to choose pictures, the site will jump up to the beginning and thats it. nothing happens.

Can it be a bug? Does anyone else have this problem?

After the update to WP 5.5 and the current Uncode 2.2.8.2, the thumbnails in the Media Gallery on the web page are displayed in low resolution, in another Mac the gallery is displayed only white without thumbnails, in IE again low resolution. Everything is fine in Chrome.

After updating to Wordpress 5.5 I can’t edit anything. I also updated Uncode Theme to latest version but it’s still broken. Installed js patch/fix from your docs aswell but still broken. I need to edit the page. All plugins are latest verions/updated and I installed the jquery Migrate Helper but it says this:

Problem is there is no cache to delete. Browser cache deleted many times. What does ‘canrad’ mean?

All the text fields appear as empty and many buttons appear without proper menu. I can’t find anything but the error clearly points to the admin.js of uncode, so I don’t know how to use the theme anymore :/

We are sorry but we cannot help better from here, we can only grant that the new version of Uncode fixes all the problems with WordPress 5.5 (as you can read here from some comments or in the Uncode Facebook Group). In the last 24 hours we have seen so many users in the Help Center, reporting this problem, and they all fixed clearing the cache (please consider also possible Cloudflare). Consider also that even a single extra plugin that still uses jQuery Migrate can produce this error.
