Hi,

I am glad to using eikra theme. I think it does its job, but there is a problem:

I have installed eikra theme on WordPress 5.4.2 and it’s all of the required plugins by the theme. The installation process finished well. Next, I have downloaded eikra theme demo content, supported by elementor…

The problem we have faced is that we are not able to edit demo pages we are unable to create new pages with any page builder

greeting I have problems exactly I can’t log in with admin… when I install the theme and apply demo content, database prefix changed frow wp_ to _fwbk_wp, so all table was changed without wp_usersmeta and wp_users than I add prefix on this two table manually, about this when I go to the login page and apply user name and password its page is refreshing and turn itself back and nothing happens can I please get help from your supports?

Most pathetic experience ever. The updated theme has code bugs… The layer slider done not accept the license key.. and support team just don’t care about client… Not even bother to provide a reply… Not recommended … Total west of money.

We appreciate if you could answer a few pre-sale questions:

1) We want to sell videos (subscription based) hosted on Vimeo, can we use woocommerce and its payment functionality for this ( meaning can we sell courses via woocomerece directly or we need to purchase an add-on)?

2) Also we need to offer subscription based purchased, Is this supported built in or a third party plugin is required to be purchased?

3) Is there a drip functionality, meaning a video course has one or more lessons and you can unlock each lesson as you go with additional payments?

4) in your demo when we try to purchase a course, it doesn’t give us option for registering only logging in as already registered !!!

Hello,

Layer slide edit layer add image. Go to Edit mode then you can see this. If can not do specific image or layer send me that I can tell that image or text.
