I do not have any fruitful solution to your support. I tested most of the popular cache plugins but none of them works correctly with your theme and plugins. They cause lot of problems to your theme and plugins. My users experience lot of problems which is really frustrating for me. I have to work days and nights fixing things. I am also planning to buy new license or extend support but your support is not good. Your support response is slow and and most of the time the real problem is not solved. Please check this topic.

It’s a shame that we only have 6 months support and that it’s really difficult to find answers online for small problems one may have. If someone could guide me in how to change the site identity: 1#Education Wordpress Theme etc. I would very much appreciate it. It’s not found in Appearance> Customize, I’ve checked everywhere. And yes I have changed the logo, tagline etc. for the page. I could even change the small icon but that damn text is still there and I can’t find where to change it frustrated..please help…someone?

Hi, The theme is great, but we cannot use it, because the membership package purchase process doesn’t work. The buy membership buttons result emty chart page, unfortunately. I aslo opened support ticket on the beginning of July, but we still waiting for the solution. Please be so kind and speed up the support process, because the large delay of the go live is a huge problem for us. Thank you very much!

We thought, that we purchased the Eduma theme with the properly working function of payment methodes, also in case of the memberships. So we are still waiting for your support. Our theme is compatible with the WPML plugin to create multilingual websites.
Currently, we do not have a function that allows parents to connect with students. We also have not provided parental rights accounts.
You can use the Learnpress plugin to create questions and assignments. However, only their authors can assign them to the course.

Hi, question about license, if you are not advertising agency but final customer who purchased your theme to sell courses for clients, can we use standard license, when we take a fee for courses access not reselling the whole theme?

But if you sell whole theme/website, you need to use Extended License.
